We set up a website with Vivial, about a year ago
The website was one blunder after another, very Elementry and unusable The whole time we complained and contacted to address issues, their main concern was to increase our budget
One example, was I received a call from unknown customer service rep, exsplaining to me she was gonna fix problems with site
I ask her to contact my rep, she didn't, she changed it completely, words that were not ours, pictures that were not only not ours, but not the hvac equipment we use
I can name or more things, when I reached out to supervisor, she called back the next day and told me she had talked to all the people that was involved in my site and they told her that is was all okay
What wait, so when we hit Facebook button and it goes to wrong site it was ok
Problems start at the top of this company, buyer beware

The berry company will not let me cancel an unauthorized invoice
On April 18th I received an invoice for the amount of $that was not authorized for advertisement by ***I have called and emailed several times to have this contract halted and payment request also haltedEach time I call the customer service rep yells and says that its too bad the payment is dueI have asked what we are paying for, what advertisement do we have and have not been presented with anythingI have emailed customer relations on 4/and was sent to another individual, I emailed this person on 5/4, 5/and 5/I have not received an email back since 4/26/I have also been in contact with a *** *** and have not had any more contact with him as well after asking what the renewal was forWe are still getting invoices for a purchase that was not authorized

Vivial is a lifesaver I never realized how important my Google ranking was and how my website was holding me back Vivial suggested a program and after several weeks, I went from page of Google to page After checking this morning, I was in the top 5!! Changed Advertising Renewal Policy Without Notification
My policy with the Berry Company has been that I have to contacted by a sales rep for all yellow page directoriesIn addition, I requested that none of the renewals be set up on auto renew because I manage the advertising for my clients and each directory has to be reviewed on an annual basis and I also have to keep records for my clients

On May 25th, I discovered that the Berry Company set up the Davidson County directory for auto-renew and did not notify me directly
