I signed a one year contract with Vivial and did not like the service that was provided so wanted to terminate the contract but the company will not
I recently took ownership of a business that did advertising with VivialIt was for some print advertisingI called to cancel the ad because it printed with the old business name on itVivial told me that I couln't cancel because print was out alreadyTherefore I was stuck with the product that didn't help my businessI spoke with *** *** and he told me that he would go head and cancel the print ad and provided me with something else usefullyi agreed to a one year term with them for online website $and system optimization $After three months, I realized that this is not what I wanted so I tried to call and cancel the producti willingly know that I would have to pay a termination fee which I am happy to do so because I dont want to get stuck with something that is not helpful to my businessThe company is t

I contacted Vivial in November to learn about our services and what we were getting for our charges After numerous efforts and several actual telephone calls I notified Vivial in January of our cancellation of the electronic portion of the contract
At the end of February I received an invoice for the time frame cancelled In communication with *** *** he stated that he left the contract in place in hopes I would re-consider when I learned of the value of the program However, he never attempted to contact me and show me the 'error of my ways' and it really doesn't matter The contract portion was cancelled
Since then I have received e-mail and telephone demands for payment Each time I have responded that the charge is in error and will not be paid

I was contacted in the fall of by *** *** of Vivial She asked me how I liked my current service, I said they were ok, but I wish they were localI would like to Physically meet to make changes, updates etc, vs Me having to sit in front of my own computerIt would be nice to have someone local*** said she was local, she managed local acctsI asked her to contact me in Feb to possibly switch
*** called & we set up a meeting in march We met at a stl bread company I think? & sat were I could see things she was doing on her laptopI explained to her that this was important to me, to be able to work in this fashion vsme having to hunt & peck to communicate with someone*** said no problem, she understood, & was almost always available, like a day notice when I have a rain day would work for her

Vivial failed to disclose that the commitment you make initially for advertising will continue until you cancel When selling the advertising they discuss one specific book / date and no contract details are disclosed They record you saying yes to the book item you commited to but then at the end state you are responsible for searching out their contract...no disclosure prior to recording I specifically indicated to the sales rep that I only wanted that one book for one year - they did not note it or record it I have not been contacted since until I received a billing notice for this year I called and told them I never approved anything and I did not have a contract They told me per their contract which was never disclosed verbally or even a paper copy sent I was bound until I cancelled

I bought a business back in November of and the company was already with vivialThe previous owner cancelled their account with them in front of me over the phone but I was billed for months no matter how many times I called to clear up the issueI even sent in my sales contract for the business starting I was not liable for the previous owners debt on anything associated with them before my purchase 9f the companyThey finally stopped billing me for their bill about months later when I once again called to complain that I had received another bill for themAt the time I was so frustrated with their company that I asked for my account to be closed as wellThat was in June of I am still being billed and now receiving emails that they are trying to collect a debtI can not get this company to JUST STOPI have called them so many
