High pressure sales and a product that no way meets industrial standards
We are a Local Car dealer in Tacoma, Wa We were visited by *** *** representing VivialHe is a very pushy cocky timeshare type salesman who spent more time talking about how great he was than the product he was selling He showed us a few flashy things like our business directory had a bunch of errors and how that was effecting our google ratingThis was true but a $service to be fixed onlineWhat Vivial sells is smokeAfter they fix your directory they write one article a month for you using only one key word and then boost that on Facebook which they never did, at a cost of $a month Please Please Please don't be their next victimThey have 75+ complaints on the Revdex.com and only one positive review and their product is for car dealerships, that's a lot of complaints for a small niche companyDo your researchThere are companies that actual offer a serviceDon't believe the timeshare lies of

Vivial published a website without my approval that has damaged my brand and I refuse to pay for a damaging product
Without my approval, Vivial published a website for my business that had my name backwards, and portrayed me as a female therapistThey made this erroneous site available to other search engines and now if you google my name many many sites show my name backwards and thus my brand has been tarnished Immediately after they published the website a former patient in a manic episode posted horrible messages on the website I refuse to pay this company for the website or for a cancellation fee, as I did not approve the publication of this fiasco

We have worked with this company for over six months nowWe've generated net revenue on an average of $33/per month, and the Vivial service cost is $867/month for a net loss of $834/monthWe do not know how to really rate a marketing company besides performanceWe've had several digital marketing specialists at Vivial work with us over the past few months, same results with each oneThey still have months on a contract we cannot get out of, so the final review will be done at that timeFor now the assessment is not very positive, but seems to be in line with other client's experience with this companyWe of course do hope the results will improve but are not overly optimistic as in life history tends to repeat itselfIf you are a small business with limited resources, just beware that you may spend substantial money and this marketing may not leave you with a way to cover that cost as there may not be any increase in sales
