Stay away from this company There are many great companies in this region that are impeccable business consultants I cannot say Vivial is in that category Unprofessional, dishonest , and lack of expertise from almost every part of their staff I encountered Tyler b*** was unprofessional and what I consider " very green " His approach seemed to be just winging it then getting highly offended when his cavemen methods were questioned It's Shady dealings from companies are long gone if you want to sustain a reputable profitable company He has yet to learn this basic concept Stay very far away from this company if you want yours to prosper Trust me

I began receiving bills from the Berry company for advertising that I did not requestI did not set up the account that I am being billed onAttempts to contact customer service to clear up the situation were not responded to until days later, and then only with a generic form letter that said our services began with ACS and were automatically transferred to the Berry Company with the line that you must contact the Berry company within a very short amount of time, if you wish to not advertise with themI do not remember receiving such a notification in the pastRegardless, this type of charge should not be billed on such fraudulent terms

Our experience with Vivial was awful! This sales rep kept calling us to advertise with them so we thought we would give it a shotWe met with the Sales rep and asked him since we are just getting started with our business if we can do a month by month deal and he said yes He was also putting our ad under professions that we that we didn't do He really didn't listen to what we were saying he pretty much did what he wanted to do They wanted us to approve an add but it was for the wrong company so they had to redo it then we set up a website several things had to be corrected The Sales rep called us and asked us how we liked our website and described it to us but that was the website our daughter set up for us and not the one they set up for us that he was referring toThey also set up a facebook page and we asked them to have my daughter be an admin so she can change it to they way we wanted it to be and they failed to do so after requesting it three times All the calls we received from this so called website weren't even for our company they were for other companies So we cancelled everything and they charged us $for early cancellation fee I called them and asked why they were charging this fee when we were month by month and they said we don't do month by month contracts we do yearly ones and I told them the sales rep told us we could do month by monthI tried contacting the sales rep but he never replied to my emailsThey called and threatened to turn us to collections so I paid the I would not recommend these people if my life depended on it!!

I hired this business to advertise my sedan service and monitor the phone callsInitially I received a few leads from using their service but none of the leads were sustainable, each one canceledI did not receive anything for this monthI received a breach of contract bill indicating I owed them nearly $for service I was never rendered
