My Chase Travel Plus Master Card with $worth of accumulated miles, with no expiration date according to contract, was unbeknownst to me terminated My miles were automatically transferred to a new Sapphire card, where the same amount miles are only worth $ Instead of giving me $worth of miles on my new Sapphire card, Chase has offered me a week extension to purchase an air ticket worth $ However, I have no travel plans at the moment, so this offer is useless.

Additionally, business has made the claim that they have reviewed the matter fully I received one voice mail from a representative of Chase bank A phone number was left asking that I return their call I immediately returned the call at which time I was told that another representative would be returning my call within twenty-four hours I was not contacted again by Chase I made one more attempt to call the first woman who contacted me and I was sent to voice-mailWhat kind of investigation could have possibly been done?
