After haveing Chase reach out to me, I called back but they refused to put me through so I gave up I received another phone call and spoke with someone who promised he would go over my account to find out why they areen't creeping my account after I supplied them with reference number srom the store I is far from being over, this should never have happened and when I called then for help, they offered none it is not complete until I am reimbursed for all my money plus all the fnance fees

Chase Bank's 'response' was to simply re-mail copies of the original notification containing all of the same non-applicable reasons. Additionally they ignored the fact this complaint is for both of my accounts held with them, and only acknowledged one of the accounts (which happens to also be the least detrimental of the two). In summary, Chase Bank issued a lazy, non-response 'response' through their resending copies of the original materials. This still leaves me facing the same harm they inflicted against me, for no reason whatsoevera year customer, never once late Shame on them. I am still requesting and expecting a full and immediate reinstatement of my long-time former credit limits on both my Chase accounts.To reiterate, my credit limit was decreased (on both my accounts) despite being a long-time customer (approxyears) who has done everything right and never been late with a payment with Chase, or any other creditor/lender throughout my entire credit historyNeverPeriodFurthermore, I've routinely demonstrated always making good on all my financial agreements and obligations entered into, and I take this very seriouslyChase decreased my credit limit without good reason and the credit reduction will cause me significant harm by affecting my credit score negatively, in that it will greatly adversely impact my credit portfolio (credit utilization ratios, etc.)Additionally, this undeserved damage from Chase's actions has the very real potential of cascading, as other creditors respond to the damage that Chase inflictedWhen I called Chase to get my credit limit reinstated, Chase insisted on a doing a full credit application/hard-pull of my credit even though all my information has remained the same during my time as a customer; and, in so doing would further adversely affect my credit scoreIt should be noted, that I am not even carrying a balance on one of the accounts at the moment (paying off monthly as used), and the balance on the other account solely consists of a current 0% APR promotional offer they extended to me a few months ago

Chase reached out to me but offered me a very silly compensation which is an insult to me and they sent me a letter that they decline to compensate me properlyI do not accept their response and would like to have further action taken against them
