Chase Bank did contact me, end even though they admitted that I was given incorrect information by different employees of Chase ( one of whom was a supervisor) they still stand firm that they do not plan to refund the $3,000.00. Back in December the Revdex.com was willing to assist me in getting my money back from a merchant who used fraudulent means to close a sale with me. I signed a "no refund" agreement, but the Revdex.com told me they had successfully assisted others in getting their money back from the merchant who had used the same fraudulent tactics and was very willing to do the same for me. I turned them down due to the fact that Chase had assured me that the $3,charge would not be charged to my account if I would follow their directions, which I did. Chase will not address the issue of the misrepresentation on behalf of their employees and keep telling me I signed a no refund agreement with the merchant. They don't, or won't, acknowledge or address the fact that my complaint is with Chase. So, because on not one occasion, but two occasions, I did exactly what I was instructed to do by Chase Bank to get the $3,added back to my account and each time, the information I was given by Chase Bank turned out to be information. Chase Bank has admitted wrong doing on the part of their employees, but refuses to compensate me for their errors, which to me constitutes fraud on behalf of Chase Bank, since all employees of the bank are legal agents of Chase Bank. My perception is that Chase Bank is a large corporation, thus, they can bully their way out of their mistakes and will never feel any after affects of their fraudulent business practices.

I have been discriminated against by Chase Card Services on my credit cards, credit history and credit limitsThe Equal Credit Opportunity Act makes it illegal for a creditor to discriminate in any aspect of credit transaction based on certain characteristics on the basis of exercising in good faith your rights under the Consumer Credit Protection ActIt is illegal to: Refuse you credit if you qualify for it - Chase denied me credit to reopen all of my credit card accounts that I as the consumer closed by choice due to them placing a day late on my creditThey agreed to make an exception per *** *** and *** *** of the Executive Office by re-opening one of my accountsThis discrimination has occurred do to the fact the decisions made by Chase not to reopen all my accounts was due to a bankruptcy that I had do to a divorce back in What Chase has not mentioned here is the fact that an account that they are judging and discriminating is an account that was transferred to Chase account ending in from another financial institution that was included in the bankruptcyCredit Discrimination has occurred here due to the fact Chase has refused to re-open my credit accounts due to credit history that was discharged through bankruptcy from a divorce but the account they are addressing ending in account was owned by another financial institution and then sold to ChaseI never had an account with Chase at this time yet I am being discriminated against for creditDiscourage you from applying for credit - Chase told me I did not qualify for any credit through them because of a discharged bankruptcy back in the year 2000, years ago and a credit account they informed me was through them and it really was notIt was a transferred/sold account from another financial institutionThis is another warning sign of discriminationClose your account- Chase placed a day late on one of my accounts to be removedClick here to Get the File - use the Password: DB59C43Bhttps://bluecomplaints.Revdex.com.org/attachment/?c=Translate

Discrimination has occurred here and I want my other accounts and credit limits re-opened through ChaseChase can make this exception as they did with my one credit cardChase refuses and discriminates against offering me credit explained in the prior descriptionChase has also placed a day late on one of the accounts which is and I want that removedIf Chase is not discriminating against me then there should be no reason as all with a history of years credit relationship with them with excellent credit, they cannot re-open my accountsIf they are judging my credit history on a bankruptcy discharged due to divorce from that was never an account through Chase but an account acquired by Chase from another financial institution then this is discrimination by ChaseI never had a Chase account that was discharged in a bankruptcy and that can be verified

Spoke to *** from Chase it took her week to return my call and that's because, I continued to call her daily to resolve my matterNow, when *** called me she didn't give me time me to explain the situation*** was very rude and unprofessional and started by stating her name and stating she has looked at the notes and they cannot do anything for meI was told I should have called Visa within days to resolve this matterI am so, disappointed with this company and I have given business too for many yearsEvery time I speak with someone from chase I'm being told something different this makes me sick to my stomach that a business is being handled in this wayI would like someone else from Chase to do a full investigation and provide me with a full refundI have a Chase letter granting my husband a refund from Bahia Principe yet, I have provided full documentation and am being denied.
