Chase has yet again to verify that the accounts are mine I was provided with digital copies of the credit card applications and the final statements on the accounts, which do not reflect an accurate address I have filed suit against Chase to clear up this matter

I believe that business did not review my claim properlyI undertook many steps to resolve this matterRight after I received the first denial on my complaint based on the fact that I waited days to report the unauthorized charge, I presented the proof that I was in the war conflict zone and physically wasn't able to call abroadI contacted VISA company directly and they called chase and told them to initiate the reevaluation because according to visa chargeback rules I have up to days to file a claimI contacted contacted the merchant and was able to find out all details of the travel including name of passenger, number of reservation and destination (*** *** citizen of Cuba, going to Barbados from Cuba)After second evaluation I was advices that second reevaluation of my claim shows that ticket was purchased on my name going from Ukraine to Irland, which was complete nonsense and wasn't trueI presented correct information that I retrieved from merchant to chase representative and was adviced that chase will reevaluate the caseOn 28th of February I called and found out that my claim was denied again based on the fact that I waited days to report it, same answer as the first time, so basically they couldn't find any other answer to all the proof I have gotten to show that transaction was in fact unauthorizedI don't want to pay for service that wasn't purchased by me and not on my behalfI would like to ask Chase to follow Visa chargeback rules and satisfy my claimI don't want to loose almost $500, because I suppose to be protected
