Returned an unopened bottle of vitamins within policy as directed by this internet company May of All I get from the everyone in the company is the runaround Company said [redacted] would not process the charge back, [redacted] said it is against the law for them to refuse any chargebacks It is January 24th, & we are still waiting for our refund Was told the checks in the mail & they have no ability to send the check registered mail The manager on site name is*** He is a liar & a con man Period We will make sure this experience is shared with the local news, print & television

Ms [redacted] called on 3/to cancel her accounts and return the autoshipments that she received We issued her RMA (return) numbers and she returned the autoshipments which she has already been refunded for (see attached account info) Since she had called to cancel, Ms [redacted] has never been charged and has never received any more product Can Ms [redacted] show us and the [redacted] where she has been charged after 3/12? I don't think so When the customer ordered the product on the internet on 1/21/14, the website clearly states that this is a Day Trial (also attached website terms)It says if you do not call to cancel, you will be placed on the autoshipment program, which since Ms [redacted] never called to cancel, she was When she received the original products, the packing slip (attached) also states the terms that this is a Day TrialIf you do not want to be charged, you must call to cancel Ms [redacted] is responsible for the charge of $and $on 2/7/She never called to cancel the Day Trial and she did not call within days The second charges of $and $on 3/3/14, Ms [redacted] has already been refunded In fact, she waited until she was refunded to complain to the *** Ms [redacted] has not been charged after 3/3/and she has already been refunded what was due to her Her account is closed.Thank you[redacted] ***

Ms [redacted] did not call within the Day Trial Period to cancel She says herself that she called on 4/ Ms [redacted] purchased the product on 3/16/and was charged for it on 4/2/14, which is actually days later She did not call before 4/2, so how can she say she called within the Day Trial period?? The terms and conditions were clearly stated on the website (see attached) before she purchased the product and on the packing slip (see attached) when she received the product Ms [redacted] did not call within the time frame, therefore this charge is valid Thank you [redacted] ***

Mrs [redacted] ordered our product on the internet on 10/25/ On the website (attached) and on the packing slip (attached), the terms and conditions are clearly stated It says this is a Day Trial If the customer does not call to cancel or return the product within the day Trial period, they will be charged for that product Mrs [redacted] did not call until after the trial period expired Our Customer Service Supervisor called the customer today and she is sending back the product for a full refund, therefore this is resolved

They have to call our office to be issued RMA numbers in order to return the products for a refund They should still read both the packing slip and the website where it states This is a Day Trial, as evidenced in the attachments that I sent to you Thank you [redacted] ###-###-####

[redacted] went online on 6/and ordered a Day Trial of separate products She ordered [redacted] and [redacted] She paid shipping and handling for both products [redacted] called [redacted] on 6/16, after she received her productShe had questions about the productOur CSR answered her questions and also extended her trial date from 6/to 7/ [redacted] understood that she had to call by 7/to cancel or return the product, or she would be charged the full price for it.( See attached website and packing slip for terms and conditions) [redacted] did call on 7/Our CSR told her she can either return the remainder of the product or pay $to keep the remainder of the product [redacted] decided to pay the $fee to keep the productShe was aware of what the $charge is for(see attached customer notes).Regarding the [redacted] ., [redacted] did not call customer service for that product within the Day Trial period [redacted] was charged on 7/for this product, as per terms and conditionsOn 7/5, she called customer service saying she is disputing the charge, and hung up on our repOur rep tried to call her back, but she did not answer the phone and her mailbox was full [redacted] did call back with her bank on the phoneOnce again our CSR explained the terms and conditions [redacted] would not accept any partial refund, but wanted the whole amount backOur supervisor tried to call her on 7/and left her a messageAgain, she did not call backOn 8/5, she called and asked about her $refund(see attached customer notes) At this time, no refunds can be issued to [redacted] as she has her bank involvedWe cannot refund her if she has disputed the charges with the bankwe must deal with the bank.As of now, [redacted] still has both productsShe is not entitled to full refunds if she has used the productsAs I said, we cannot refund [redacted] anything until we speak to her and her bank and see if she filed disputes for these chargesAs for our CSR, [redacted] does not have to call him names, he was doing his job, because she did not like what he said is another storyIf [redacted] had called about the 2nd product, like she did the 1st, this situation could have been avoided.Thank you[redacted] ***

We ordered a so called free sample of garcinia cambogia from globaltek distribution and after weeks we were billed $for that free bottle of pills Then they sent us more bottles which we do not want and are still in the mailing packages When we contacted the business about how to return the unopened packages, we were told that they could not be returned We were charged $for one and $for the other Apparently they don't know how much they cost, but both are ridiculous prices for a little bottle of pills that don't even work How can they not allow a return of product that is still in the mailing package?

Just got off the phone with this company after realizing that I've been charged $I wasn't aware that I had to call or contact them to cancel the product When calling to request a full refund, the first customer service representative was rude and kept talking over me She kept stating how it was my responsibility for the charges and that I had days to comply with their policy I didn't understand nor saw it on their packaging slips they said they sent with the productThe packages are not opened nor used in any way The girl kept insisting that I should keep the productShe kept on haggling me to buy the products for far less than what they've charged me When I asked if there was a supervisor or a manager, she insisted that there was no managers around, plus they didn't take customer's phone callsI regret not recording the conversation during the phone I haven't dealt with this type of customer service before and you can imagine my frame of thought She was harsh and very annoyed with me during the phone call, and kept putting me on hold without warning me...finally they said I can return the product for a full refundHowever, she said that I had to pay $restocking fee When I called the second time, I dealt with more pleasant representative to double check on the return RMA number He tried to wave the restocking fee, but he said there's no way and because I was pass the day trail basis, as a courtesy they are letting me return the product He did let me know that they are third party customer service providerIt's just too bad that one bad rotten apple ruins the imagery of this company Overall, it is what it is...I recommend buying supplements at a store

Ms [redacted] spoke to our customer service supervisor on 1/ He explained the terms and conditions, issued an RMA number so that she can return the autoship product for a full refund, and sent out a free bottle of Vitamax Garcinia, which she did not originally order She agreed to the resolution Now she is telling a completely different story First of all, our company has been established for over years Second our offices, warehouses and call centers are not underground and are worth a lot of money Third, our company is not run out of somebody's house How can she say that when she called and spoke to different people?? Why did Ms [redacted] accept a free product if she was so unhappy when she spoke to our customer service supervisor? She should have refused it, so now, she is the one with the free product, defrauding us...not the other way around What does she want to do, return an open bottle and not pay for it, but take the free bottle? Our resolution is she can return the sealed bottle for a full refund, she can keep the free bottle that was sent to her and she has to pay for the open bottle that she used and never called to cancel.As you can see, both on our website and on the packing slip, for garcinia and New Age cleanse, the terms and conditions state, This is a Day Trial The customer must call to cancel or return the product within that Days or they will be charged for that product It is clearly stated in not one, but two places And our email address works perfectly, we get emails all day, every day.Thank you[redacted] *

The customer called our office on 6/3/ She had ordered the original product on 4/17/Both on the website when she ordered it, and on the packing slip that came with the product, it states that you must call to cancel or you will receive monthly shipments (see attached)Customer was given the option to return product for a full refund, but did not want the RMA number to return the productIf the customer would like to return the last product for a full refund, we can issue an RMA number to her and she can still return itShe can call our direct line at ###-###-####, and she will be issued the RMA number Thank you [redacted] ***

I would like this complaint removed from our record as this is not our customer and all of the companies that Ms [redacted] purchased products from are not our company We are not located in in Utah, where Ms [redacted] returned her products toWe have no record of her as a customerI do not know where she got our name from, but please remove this complaint from our record as it is a fraudulent complaint against our company We are located in Tempe, AZ, none of the companies the customer mentions are in Arizona.Thank you for your cooperation in this matter

My fiancee and I have no wish to defraud the companyWe only wish to return the unwanted unrequested product and receive a refundA quick search reveals the company's internet ads repeatedly state risk-free free sampleWe wish only that the company to live up to this and accept the product return for a refund [redacted] and [redacted]

I have attached a copy of the packing slip sent with the order As you can see, it states "After the Day trial period expires, you can be charged for the product." It also says, " to please call customer service to cancel." It is in black and white that this is a Day TrialI have also attached a copy of the website, page 2, that states, "cancel within days of today to avoid the purchase price of $89.95." It is also right there in black and white I have also attached the notes from Ms [redacted] accountNowhere was she told that a refund would take daysBy law, we do have days to refund, but as you can see, our rep, ***, said to let him know when it is returnedHe was going to have this refunded immediately Also, there is no reason that the customer paid $to ship it back It cost less than $to ship it backIf she wanted to send it priority, or another way, that was her decision We didn't tell her to do thatIn fact, if she kept the original packaging, she would not have had to pay shipping at allIn addition, as per our terms and conditions, the original shipping charge is the responsibility of the customerWe cannot refund that charge whether the customer keeps the product, or returns itWhen we get the product back, we will be refunding the $charge Thank you [redacted]
