They have to call our office to be issued RMA numbers in order to return the products for a refund.  They should still read both the packing slip and the website where it states This is a 14 Day Trial, as evidenced in the attachments that I sent to you.

RMA number to return the product, they will be charged for the product. This customer is trying to defraud us, because both her and Jessica Noakes, who also put in a Revdex.com complaint both live in the same household and both ordered the products.  Neither of them called our office when they received the product, even though the packing slip clearly states, This is a 14 Day Trial.  

Please review our attachments that both state clearly the Terms and Conditions of our offer.

My fiancee and I have no wish to defraud the company. We only wish to return the unwanted unrequested product and receive a refund. A quick search reveals the company's internet ads repeatedly state risk-free free sample. We wish only that the company to live up to this and accept the product return for a refund. First of all, in the first line of Mrs. [redacted]'s complaint, she states this is a 14 Day Trial.  Nowhere on our advertising does it state FREE trial.  As per the packing slip (attached) that comes with every product, and the website where she ordered the products (also attached), both places...

state this is a 14 Day Trial.  Nowhere does it state Free.  When Mrs. [redacted] called our customer service on 3/23, she was offered both free products and courtesy partial refunds.  Mrs. [redacted] refused both.  As you can see, the terms and conditions are clearly stated, they are not hidden, they even come with the product.  Because Mrs. [redacted] used both products, I can offer partial refunds are both.  She would have to pay $19.95 for each product.  That would result in refunds of $ 70.00 and $67.00.If Mrs. [redacted] will agree to this, she can call our direct line, [redacted], and tell us.  We do not take money out of peoples accounts hoping they will not notice.  Our terms and conditions are clearly stated, both before the product is purchased, and after.  I hope this resolves this matter.Thank you.[redacted]

Nowhere does it say 30 Day Free Trial!!  It clearly states that if this product is not for you, you can cancel, receive an RMA number to return it and not be charged for it since it is a 30 Day Supply. Ms. [redacted] misunderstood what she was ordering. To resolve this matter, she does not have to return the products. Her account is cancelled so she will not receive any more products or be charged for any more products. Basically, Ms. [redacted] has 2 products that retail for $ 89.95 and $86.95 for just the shipping and handling. If Ms. [redacted] had read the terms and conditions, she would have known she would have to return the product in order not to pay for it, as with any product.

I  did call the company and asked how to send the product back. The gentleman on the phone said that I was responsible for the product and could not send the product back. However I will pursue the directions in the response and send the item back.

Mrs. [redacted] did call on 6/7 to receive RMA numbers in order to return the products.  Before Mrs. [redacted] purchased the product, on our website, attached, the terms and conditions are stated so that the customer is aware that they will be charged if they do not call to cancel and return the...

remainder of the product. The terms and conditions also state that the customer is responsible for shipping whether they keep the product or return it. Since she did order it, it cost the company for postage, materials and payroll to send that product to her.  We cannot refund the shipping charges to her. Customer ordered product on the internet on 4/3/14.  When customer received product, a packing slip was enclosed (attached) stating this is a 14 Day Trial. Customer must call within that 14 day Trial period to cancel or they will be charged for the product.  It states the same thing on...

page 2 of the website (also attached) where the customer inputs their credit card information.  I have also attached the customers account information showing that the customer did not call in within the 14 Day Trial Period to cancel. She did call on 4/22/14. She spoke to our rep, and never said that she had called in to cancel previously.  She stated the product was not working, but she did lose 3 pounds.  She said she did not want to pay for the product. After the 14 Day trial period expires, we cannot take back an open bottle of our product.  Customer did have notice of the terms and conditions, not only once, but twice. Customer did not follow the terms and conditions, therefore no refund is due. We did cancel all future products so customer would not be charged or receive more product in the future. I would like this complaint removed from our record as this is not our customer and all of the companies that Ms. [redacted] purchased products from are not our company.  We are not located in in Utah, where Ms. [redacted] returned her products to. First of all, our company is doing business as VitaMax. That is why it is on the label. The actual product is [redacted].  That is why the product says:  [redacted].  As you can see from the attached website 2nd page, the terms clearly state that if the customer...

does not call to cancel, they will be enrolled in an auto-shipment program.  The packing slip that comes with the product (also attached) states this is a 14 Day Trial, if you do not call to cancel, you will be charged for the product.  Our telephone number is not disconnected.  Our ###-###-#### is still our telephone number.  Our local number changed because we moved our office and it is not in the same area code.  But, Mr. [redacted] has never contacted us my email or by telephone after 3/20, his one and only time he contacted us.  Mr. [redacted] did return the last 2 products to us. These refunds were not automatically generated because the packages came back damaged and the RMA numbers were not clear.  In order to settle this, we can issue a refund of $86.95 and $89.95.  If Mr. [redacted] will accept this, those refunds can be issued immediately.

Online banking showed another charge in May...just went and got s printout...it now shows as a credit instead of a charge...not sure why that is!  Surely you can understand my concern on this?  Seems we are all squared away at this point...sorry for any inconvenience!  I did call multiple times...no one answering the phone or returning my messages is still unacceptable!!

There is a packing slip in every package.  It is not true that there was not one in there. Even if you say there wasn't, the same paragraph, in fact more detailed, is on the website. I do not understand what you mean by you are being compared to criminals. You must have told [redacted], its too expensive, he gave you an RMA number to return the product. We have many happy customers and many emails and letters appreciating our great customer service. I am sorry you did not read the terms and conditions and are putting the blame on us for that. That is why we put everything in writing.  We are up front with our terms and conditions and all of our contact information.  We are refunding your charge for our product once we receive it back. It was your decision to mail it with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for that charge. As for our $4.95 shipping, it cost us more than that between labor, paper, and shipping costs, therefore the shipping is nonrefundable.  I am sorry you are not happy but it is the consumers responsibility to know what they are ordering. As they say "Buyer Beware"  If you would have read the website, you would have had the opportunity to not order the product. We do not force anyone to order our products, it is your decision. Because you do not agree with our terms and conditions, that is no reason to call our company unreputable.  In fact, we are one of the most reputable companies. We answer our phones, we return our calls and we answer our emails. We have been in business many years and will continue to do business many years ahead. I understand you are unhappy, but as with any business, you can not please 100% of the customers.

for the product.  When the customer received our package, the packing slip is enclosed.  The customer did not read the Terms and Conditions on either the packing slip or on the website. We state exactly what our offer is. The customer is also trying to defraud us, as both she and Ally Lorter, who reside in the same household put in multiple orders. Now they do not want to pay for the products.  If the products are closed, we will take them back and issue a refund. The customer should have called our office before making a complaint and we could have explained our offer.  I know from reviewing our paperwork that this complaint will be resolved favorably in our favor.
