Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.
Even though I did not agree with their explanation, I will wait for the business to refund me and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
As I already closed the credit card it charged me, the refund should be in a check payable to *** *** and mailed to *** *** St, *** ***, ** ***
Thanks for your valuable assistance
Regards,
*** ***

As you can see from the attached customer notes, Mr*** did not call until 2/21/15, the same day the product was delivered, as per USPS delivery confirmation. Mr*** can call our office to be issued an RMA number to return that product for a full refund. But to be
clear, Mr*** WAS NOT Charged AFTER he called and cancelled.Thank you.*** ***

Mrs*** ordered products on the internet on 10/25/14. Both on the website (attached) before she ordered the products, and on the packing slips (attached), when she received the products, the terms and conditions clearly state that this is a day trial. The customer must call to
cancel, or return the products within that day trial period or they will be charged for that product As Mrs*** says, she was not charged until days later, because we give time for shipping. Mrs*** did not call until the day trial period expired, therefore she was charged for the products. If Mrs*** would like to call us at ###-###-####, we will issue full refunds if she returns the products. The terms and conditions were clearly stated in different places, but in order to accommodate the customer, she can call, return the products and will be refunded in full

Ms*** was issued an RMA number on 4/21/to return the product for a refundAs of today, she did not return the product, therefore no refund is due to her. And again, the first record we have of her calling is on 4/and emailing on 4/This was way after the Day Trial expired. If Ms*** wants to show us her phone records of her calling before that date, we will be glad to look at them
Thank you

*** *** ordered products on the internet on 11/2/14. Both on the website (attached) when she ordered the products, and on the packing slip (also attached), when she received the products, terms and conditions state, "This is a Day Trial, the customer must call to cancel or return
the product within that Day Period, or they will be charged for that product. It also states, if the customer does not call to cancel, they will be placed on the auto shipment program *** *** never called our office to cancel or return the products. In fact, when we received this complaint, we called her. She said she called her bank to dispute the charges, but they could not do anything since the terms and conditions are clearly statedWe are allowing her to return the latest shipments for full refunds *** *** seemed satisfied with this. Even though the bank refused her, we are willing to help her.Thank you*** ***

I reviewed Ms*** accountBoth on the website (attached) and on the packing slip (also attached), terms and conditions clearly state that the customer must call to cancel or return the product within the Day Trial period, or they will be charged for that original product and be enrolled in
the autoshipment program. In both places, terms and conditions are clearly written in the same size font as the rest of the pageThese terms and conditions are not hidden. Since Ms*** did not open the products, I left a message for her that she can return the most recent shipments for a full refund on those productsThat will be a refund of $and $86.95. We cannot take back the original products. Also, the message states, these products must be sealed in order to receive her refundsMs*** should call our direct line (###-###-####) so that we can resolve this issue with her.Thank you.*** ***

First of all, in the first line of Mrs***'s complaint, she states this is a Day Trial. Nowhere on our advertising does it state FREE trial. As per the packing slip (attached) that comes with every product, and the website where she ordered the products (also attached), both places
state this is a Day Trial. Nowhere does it state Free. When Mrs*** called our customer service on 3/23, she was offered both free products and courtesy partial refunds. Mrs*** refused both. As you can see, the terms and conditions are clearly stated, they are not hidden, they even come with the product. Because Mrs*** used both products, I can offer partial refunds are both. She would have to pay $for each product. That would result in refunds of $ and $67.00.If Mrs*** will agree to this, she can call our direct line, ***, and tell us. We do not take money out of peoples accounts hoping they will not notice. Our terms and conditions are clearly stated, both before the product is purchased, and after. I hope this resolves this matter.Thank you.*** ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. So far,, after months, I have not received any refund from this company. They just again cheated us one more time. Ps advise. Regards,*** ***

Mrs*** did call on 6/to receive RMA numbers in order to return the products. Before Mrs*** purchased the product, on our website, attached, the terms and conditions are stated so that the customer is aware that they will be charged if they do not call to cancel and return the
remainder of the productThe terms and conditions also state that the customer is responsible for shipping whether they keep the product or return itSince she did order it, it cost the company for postage, materials and payroll to send that product to her. We cannot refund the shipping charges to herShe did read the packing slip and did call us so that she was not charged for the productsIt is stated clearly that this is only a Day trial, but it is also a Day supply.Thank you.*** ***

*** *** ordered our product on the website on 1/19/15. Both on the website (attached) and on the packing slip (also attached) that comes with the product, terms and conditions state, This is a Day Trial, customer must call to cancel or return product within that Day period or
they will be charged for that product. The customer did not call, therefore she was charged. She did call on 2/6, after she was charged. She cancelled further orders. Our supervisor called the customer today, and she agreed to send the products back for partial refunds. When we receive the products back, *** *** will be credited $and $67.00. She agreed to this resolution.Thank you.*** ***

Online banking showed another charge in May...just went and got s printout...it now shows as a credit instead of a charge...not sure why that is! Surely you can understand my concern on this? Seems we are all squared away at this point...sorry for any inconvenience! I did call multiple times...no one answering the phone or returning my messages is still unacceptable!!

I have attached a copy of our website and a copy of our packing slipNowhere does it say "Free Trial". It says "Day Trial". The terms and conditions are clearly stated on the website and on the packing slip. Ms*** is right, it is not a Free Trial, but as per our
advertising and our terms and conditions, it is a 14 day TrialNowhere does it say Day Free Trial!! It clearly states that if this product is not for you, you can cancel, receive an RMA number to return it and not be charged for it since it is a Day SupplyMs*** misunderstood what she was orderingTo resolve this matter, she does not have to return the productsHer account is cancelled so she will not receive any more products or be charged for any more productsBasically, Ms*** has products that retail for $ and $for just the shipping and handling. If Ms*** had read the terms and conditions, she would have known she would have to return the product in order not to pay for it, as with any product
Thank you

I ordered a day sample of garcinia cambogia for $shipping from this company according to their websiteI was charged $about weeks laterAfter calling the company they told me it was only a day trial period even though they sent a full day supplyI was also informed I couldn't get my money back because the bottle had been opened, had it not been opened I could haveIt makes no sense they charge me for a day supply of a product I was supposed to get for as a trial of days

First of all, our company is doing business as VitaMaxThat is why it is on the labelThe actual product is *** ***. That is why the product says: *** *** ***. As you can see from the attached website 2nd page, the terms clearly state that if the customer
does not call to cancel, they will be enrolled in an auto-shipment program. The packing slip that comes with the product (also attached) states this is a Day Trial, if you do not call to cancel, you will be charged for the product. Our telephone number is not disconnected. Our ###-###-#### is still our telephone number. Our local number changed because we moved our office and it is not in the same area code. But, Mr*** has never contacted us my email or by telephone after 3/20, his one and only time he contacted us. Mr*** did return the last products to usThese refunds were not automatically generated because the packages came back damaged and the RMA numbers were not clear. In order to settle this, we can issue a refund of $and $89.95. If Mr*** will accept this, those refunds can be issued immediately
Thank you

Ms. [redacted] called our office on 4/10 asking about a charge on her credit card.  She said she did not place the order and does not have the product.  As you can see from my attachment, the address is correct, there is an exact CVV2 and AVS match on her credit card, and the [redacted] says her...

package was delivered on 3/27/15 at 1:56PM.  As you can see from all of the attached, it is highly unlikely that Ms. [redacted] did not place this order, and did not receive it.  She did make a claim with the Post Office, as our customer service rep told her to do.  She called us back with that claim number.  We are still waiting to hear from the Post Office as to where the package is. In the meantime, Ms. [redacted] called back twice, and as a courtesy, she was refunded in full for $89.95 on 4/23, even before we know what happened.  Ms. [redacted] is blaming our company for the charge on her account, if in fact she did not place the order, she should be calling her credit card company to report identity theft on her card.  Why would someone order diet supplements and have them sent to her address?  As Ms. [redacted] wanted, she was refunded in full, therefore this matter is resolved.Thank you.[redacted]

Ms. [redacted] ordered the products on our website on 12/21/14.  Both on the website (attached) and on the packing slip (also attached), the terms and conditions are clearly stated, in the same font as the entire page.  It states, This is a 14 day trial, the customer must call to cancel or...

return the product within that 14 day period or they will be charged for that product.  The website then states, if the customer does not call to cancel, they will be placed in the autoshipment program.  Since Ms. [redacted] never called to cancel, and never returned the products, the autoshipment was charged and sent.  When Ms. [redacted] talked to our CSR, she was issued 2 RMA numbers to return those products for full refunds.  The original products for which she was charged $89.95 on 1/6 and $65.21 on 1/12 cannot be returned for full refunds because she received them more than 30 days ago. That is why she was only offered partial refunds on those products.  Ms. [redacted] can return the autoshipments for full refunds, and if she calls us, she can return the original products for refunds less the $19.95 restocking fee since we do not have to accept any return over 30 days.Thank you.[redacted]

Ms. [redacted] called on 3/12 to cancel her accounts and return the autoshipments that she received.  We issued her RMA (return) numbers and she returned the 2 autoshipments which she has already been refunded for (see attached account info).  Since she had called to cancel, Ms. [redacted] has...

never been charged and has never received any more product.  Can Ms. [redacted] show us and the [redacted] where she has been charged after 3/12?  I don't think so.  When the customer ordered the product on the internet on 1/21/14, the website clearly states that this is a 14 Day Trial (also attached website terms). It says if you do not call to cancel, you will be placed on the autoshipment program, which since Ms. [redacted] never called to cancel, she was.  When she received the original products, the packing slip (attached) also states the terms that this is a 14 Day Trial. If you do not want to be charged, you must call to cancel.  Ms. [redacted] is responsible for the charge of $89.95 and $86.95 on 2/7/14. She never called to cancel the 14 Day Trial and she did not call within 30 days.  The second charges of $89.95 and $86.95 on 3/3/14, Ms. [redacted] has already been refunded.  In fact, she waited until she was refunded to complain to the [redacted].  Ms. [redacted] has not been charged after 3/3/14 and she has already been refunded what was due to her.  Her account is closed.Thank you.[redacted]

The customer is absolutely wrong stating that we do not state the terms and conditions of our offer.  See the attached packing slip and the attached snip of our website.  Both state this is a 14 Day Trial. If the customer does not call within the 14 Day trial period to cancel or request an...

RMA number to return the product, they will be charged for the product. This customer is trying to defraud us, because both her and Jessica Noakes, who also put in a Revdex.com complaint both live in the same household and both ordered the products.  Neither of them called our office when they received the product, even though the packing slip clearly states, This is a 14 Day Trial.
Please review our attachments that both state clearly the Terms and Conditions of our offer.
Thank you

Customer ordered product on the internet on 4/3/14.  When customer received product, a packing slip was enclosed (attached) stating this is a 14 Day Trial. Customer must call within that 14 day Trial period to cancel or they will be charged for the product.  It states the same thing on...

page 2 of the website (also attached) where the customer inputs their credit card information.  I have also attached the customers account information showing that the customer did not call in within the 14 Day Trial Period to cancel. She did call on 4/22/14. She spoke to our rep, and never said that she had called in to cancel previously.  She stated the product was not working, but she did lose 3 pounds.  She said she did not want to pay for the product. After the 14 Day trial period expires, we cannot take back an open bottle of our product.  Customer did have notice of the terms and conditions, not only once, but twice. Customer did not follow the terms and conditions, therefore no refund is due. We did cancel all future products so customer would not be charged or receive more product in the future. Thank you.[redacted]
