Salesman and installation techs were very knowledgeable of product and features. They were very friendly and professional. The installation tech was on time and installed the equipment without a hitch. Everything is working the way it should. I am very happy with my new system and the great features.

I recently had a JSB Security Solutions, Inc. security system installed and I am writing this review as a result of the exceptional experience I have had. From the sales representative to the installation people I could not have been more pleased with their professionalism and knowledge of the product that I was getting. I got the new system that you use with your smart phone and the features are cutting edge and so easy to use. Ultimately, when you are purchasing a system like this you want to make sure that you and your family feel safe and with this system that they customized for our needs we definitely do. It gives us peace of mind when we are away or when we are home sleeping at night. We purchased the fire alarm, as well as the CO2 detector and we are very glad that we did. We can access the system from our smart phones and there are so many other features accessible to us that make things so easy to change or modify depending on what our needs at the time are. I highly recommend this company and I am confident that they will be able to meet your needs and customize a security system that is right for you and your family.

Overall this is a very professional business with a great product. In the beginning there were a couple hiccups but they were dealt with swiftly. Now that everything is running smoothly I can say that I am very happy with the security system and the company in general.

The JSB Technicians were very professional in their attitude and appearance when they came to the door, both on the sales and installation side of the business. They installed the system with no issues and asked for our input for locations of sensors. We enjoyed the whole experience.

[redacted] along with [redacted] visited us Saturday, September 28, 2013 and was very knowledgeable of the product. A flood of questions was asked, yet they maintained their composure and answered each of them. After an initial problem with the smoke detector sensor, [redacted] and [redacted] responded, going beyond the call of duty to resolve the issue. We are very pleased so far.

I had a wonderful experience with JSB security. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions I had.

The technician was quite personable and experienced in installing the system. He worked neatly and efficiently.He took the time to explain the system and also the program I would be using on my computer. He was very patient in answering all my questions.

Seems to be a good company. The equipment is nice. I love the fact that someone can speak to you through the alarm panel in an emergency! I an new to the company and so far I haven't had an issues.

This system is a complete failure and I spent $1,559.08 for one sub-par video that the police couldn't use as evidence. My property was vandalized Dec. 7 & 14 and decided I needed cameras. Signed with JSB for 2 outside cameras and an alarm system. The entire goal of the cameras was to arrest and press charges. Due to parameters set by the representative (too many videos that would clog up the cloud storage and cost more money for JSB), the cameras did not pick up the vandalism on Dec. 29. On 1/18/15 only 1 camera picked up the vandal, but the quality was so poor the police couldn't get a positive i.d. After I sold my house end of May I called JSB to cancel contract. They wouldn't let me out of the 3 year contract even after I explained the poor quality of the camera left me with nothing to go on. [redacted] and [redacted] never offered a reason why the cameras did not produce results, the sales video was great and not flawed at all, they just wanted the rest of the 2.5 years on the contract. In hindsight, I should have gone with a more reputable company and one that guarantees the quality of the equipment they use to do the job promised.

The Sales Representative was professional. He covered the assets of installing this security system in a timely manner. He detailed the promotional equipement we would receive. Our system was installed the same day, (Saturday)as our initial visit from the representative. The install team was in and out in less than three hours. Upon my request, the software team came back to give me an additional, overview of using my new system with windows 8 and my Smart phone. Our experience was excellent.

I am very pleased with the security service from JSB Security. My service was upgraded with free installation and the staff are very friendly and professional. They have done a great job.

Salesman and installer were very knowledgable and courteous. Both tok their time explaining the equipment well. No problems have occurred since having equipment installed. Finally, a security system for families with large dogs in the home!

Very pleasant experience with professional and courteous employees. Installment went smoothly and system was explained throughly to us. System seems to be effective and easy to operate.

The entire process has been great! The sales representative Allen was patient with me, explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable.

The installer Marcus did an awesome job. He ensured everything was installed properly and everything worked. He also showed and explained to us how to use the system, and how to use the online website and mobile app. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.
