My salesman was very professional. He had extensive knowledge of security systems. The installer was very quick and efficient at installation. He took plenty of time to explain how the system operated, as well as, making sure I understood how to operate the system myself.

We recently had our security system upgraded by JSB Security Solutions and they did an excellent job. Prior to the install they explained all of our options and costs involved base on our system needs for our home. The installer was professional and made a number of good suggestions for placing sensors at various entry points. After the installation he then fully explained the operation of the system.

We are very happy with our service from JSB. They installed the system almost immediately, the installation guy was knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything easy enough for my whole family to understand. We were using the new system like old pros by the next day. By and large, our favorite feature is the smartphone app for controlling the system. We easily unarm the system as we pull into the driveway and being able to review the events (time on/ off) is a great way to feel comfortable about the alarm. Thanks!

We also received follow-up calls to confirm our information and to address any additional questions that we had. The new security system works well and is very user friendly. We appreciate technology and features on the control panel and being able to set and disarm the security system from our mobile phones. Due to our positive experience, we will recommend JSB Security Solutions to friends and family.

Technicians were professional. When we did have some initial minor issues, response was prompt and technician offered several solution options.

We had the Lynx 5100 touch screen system installed last week with this security company. The installation was professional and easy and the equipment truly is state of the art. The touch screen is so easy to use and it is so nice to be able to use our iPhones and control our system and thermostat from away home. The technicians were friendly and knowledgable and we look forward to many good years with this service.
