Sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. Installtion tech was on time and installed the new system in a few hours time. He was very good about showing us all of the features of the new wireless system and making sure we were comfortable using it.

The sales representative and installation technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. All of my interactions with the company so far have been positive. No complaints.

JDB installed an Alarm System into house on 6/12/14. The process was very smooth as I was switching from another alarm company to a more upgrade system. The tech made sure everything was was working as expected and that I understood how the new system worked.

Review: First off I got a home alarm system with nation wide alarm systems about 3 years ago. I think about June or July of last year for some reason this JSB company started to withdraw money out of my bank account. The first time I seen it on my bank statement I called them up and they said something about they own my account now.

So last week my kids left the house and turned on the alarm system, my niece came to the house and opened the door and the alarm went off so she left because she didn't know the password. No one called my cell phone or home phone to see why the alarm went off. Yesterday I set the alarm off and waited to see if anything would happen. Nothing happened, I waited for a phone call and nothing happened. I was on the phone for 3 hours yesterday trying to get a hold of someone to figure this out. I went to this website n[redacted] and it automatically went to the JSB website. I called the number on that website and I picked option 3 and I started to talk to someone. That person said I don't have an account with them, I asked if this was JSB and they said it was a security solutions place. I called and called and called trying to get a hold of JSB and all I was getting was a voice mail. I called this morning and it was the same thin just voice mail.

I don't know whats going on but I do know that this company JSB is withdrawing 42.99 dollars out of my account each month and I don't think this home alarm system is working. First I want to get to the bottom of this thing and see if this whole time my alarm wasn't working, and if that is the case I want my money back from when my alarm system stopped working. Like I said I have had this alarm system for about 3 years and this whole time I thought I was being protected and if that was not the case I need something to happen.Desired Settlement: I want them to be straight with me. If they haven't been monitoring my house this whole time I want my money back from them since they started to not "monitor" my house. I think that is fair, I just want the money they took from me!

This was a problem that was caused by his previous company not JSB Security Solutions and even though that is the case we have still gone above and behond to ensure that he is taken care of. He will be contacting the Revdex.com directly to ensure that his complaint is removed and does not post to our account. It is very important that this complaint does not post to JSB Security Solutions Revdex.com accredidation account because it was not a mistake made by us and even still we took the nessassary steps to take care of the customer.

Hi I just want to let you know that JSB lied to me about our deal. [redacted] (the owner) called me on July 10th and told me that for some reason my account got lost and that someone dropped the ball. I told him that I tried contacting JSB several times and that no one knew who I was and that I was not even in JSB's system. And when I couldn't get a hold of anyone I filed a complaint on the Revdex.com website. [redacted] told me that he was sorry for the mistake and that he would pay back 36 months (my contract) at 42.99 a month if I go back onto the Revdex.com website and withdraw my complaint and also call them and talk to someone about it and tell them verbally that we have resolved the problem.

Wonderful experience

The wireless system appears to be good so far. Digital screen is a plus. Huge note, the system prevented my four (4) year old son from walking out of the front door while I showered. My old system never would have done that. The talking voice pretty much shocked him and he ran back into the house, and it alerted me of which door he was exiting. Big Plus. Fair Price.

I had a great experience with JSB. They came to my house and hooked everything up quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company for others to use. We put a lot of trust in this company to protect our home and our family and would advise any of my family and friends to also get there systems through JSB Security.

We had a great experience with JSB Security. we had long wanted to put in a system, but were never quite sure what to look for / go with. Our consultant was very helpful in selecting the system that best met our needs. The installation crew was extremely professional. They completed the installation very quickly and went over the system in detail to ensure all of our questions were answered. We were and are very happy with the installation and the service.

I am very please with the service. [redacted], the security professional, was polite and friendly. He made sure I understood what I was been offered and answered all my questions.

I just had my new security system installed on 10/12/13 and JSB Security Solutions technicians were great. They explained to me how it works and then I asked several questions to make sure I understood. They didn't mind answering them. I LOVE MY SYSTEM!!! I don't know their names but they get a 10 and JSB get 5 stars. Great job guys!!

The technicians, [redacted], and [redacted], were wonderful, and very knowledgeable about the security system. They were friendly and courteous, and would recommend them to my neighbors.
