jupiter support has done a wonderful job helping me with my difficulties.

I had problems accessing my e mail.This was caused by the fact I had been in hospital for almost 7 months, the service and courtesy of all of the Jupiter technical personnel was exceptional,they were very patient with me as I had just returned to the cyber wotld about 8 weeks ago and I had not used my computer sine being discharged from a rehab hopital in late march of 2016,I was admitted to hospital on July 20th 1015.It has taken a wee while for me to get back into the workings of the cyber world.I cannot say enough about the courtesy and understanding of every one I spoke to both personally and on Notepad.They were greaaaaaat.

I am pleased to write a glowing review in regard to the services of Jupiter Support. As an elderly person, I need help with computer questions and problems. The Service is absolutely outstanding, not shying away from mistakes made by the computer user, they are patient, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I Highly recommend their searches.

I was impressed with the amount of patience the reps had with me and my old computer. I wasn't tying to be difficult, but I am years behind any kindergarten child with computer skills. There were numerous phone calls and it took 24 hours to complete, but they keep at it. They never made me feel stupid, which I am when it comes to technology.

Before I talked with Adam I didn't know there was anything wrong with my computer but he explained things quite well. I was glad that your company was able to clean up the computer. The thing I was most concerned about was my e-mail and I was very happy to have it accessible again.

Very helpful

I am 74 and not of the computer generation. The technician was very patient with me, and walked me through the solution to my problem step by step without making me feel really stupid. I am very pleased with the Jupiter Support Service.

everything is good

Jupiter Support was able to restore my pass word this afternoon that changed by SCAM operator. They also did a complete review of my unit ina very professional manner. Service was prompt, curteous and appreciated.

The problem with my PC was quickly diagnosed and thoroughly taken care of. The steps were explained to me and carried out in a timely fashion.

I was also informed about the continued service in case of later problems that might occur.

It was overall a pleasant and informative experience for me.
