I was so disappointed in my computer. I called Windows and asked for help. They helped me as much as they could but then transferred me to Jupiter Support. I was very pleased with the support they gave me. I was told that I could get complete support and anti-hacking for 3 years for $500.00. I was so convinced that I paid the money. I have not been disappointed. I called Revdex.com but they didn't have any information on them and asked me to provide the address of this business. I did and I a glad. I have called Jupiter twice and have excellent support. They have addressed every problem I have had and have spent numerous hours helping me. I am very happy to recommend Jupiter to you. I was very pleased with the service I received. The technician understood my issues and my explanation and we resolved both the connectivity issue and the printer being offline. Plus having had Windows 10 added to my system required installing a driver for this. And initially the technician cleaned my computer of any viruses and malware. I very much appreciated the fact that we could work together and the technician could call me back after computer was "cleaned" rather than my having to sit at my computer for 1-2 hours while this was done. I do recommend Jupiter services.
