These people get triple great rating from me. I had them on the line because I got my computer home from a local tech and they didn't fix it. I was so pleased with the professional manner and accountability given by Jupiter support service and repair. The agent, Alex was patient and very clear of the process being done. I am a Senior adult with little computer expertise but , a positive encounter , I will share this company to my friends and business partners.

Outstanding service. Since I am hard of hearing I had to ask the technician to repeat himself several times and he did.

I was advised to get an external hard drive and set up a schedule as to when to have my tune ups done. I've been doing it for a few months now and everything is working out fine.
