The technicians were very professional and fixed the problem in good time.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The technician understood my issues and my explanation and we resolved both the connectivity issue and the printer being offline. Plus having had Windows 10 added to my system required installing a driver for this. And initially the technician cleaned my computer of any viruses and malware. I very much appreciated the fact that we could work together and the technician could call me back after computer was "cleaned" rather than my having to sit at my computer for 1-2 hours while this was done. I do recommend Jupiter services.

The salesman was good, curteous and also helpful . I am anxious to receive my e-mail and visit with friends.

These guys are crooks. They took several times to fix the problem and now I am left with a missing address book and my [redacted] is all messed up.
They want more money to fix what they messed up. Although they say 30 day warranty, that starts from the first attempt and not when they actually fix the problem.
How can they have 1 good review and 2 bad ones and still be A-?

I HAD A C/D STUCK IN THE HOLDER AND ANDY GOT IT TO EJECT THE C/D.

I waas veeery flusterated when I could not contact my e=mail. I had been recieving notices thaat theere were programs that need to be removed to restore the speed of the unit. I had heard about the broau at Yahoo but this was the first time I could not connec to them. I really appreciate the fast correct of the problem. I also appreciate the reemoval of the causes. Jordan and Emily have been extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient with me and my computer which is old and out of date and I am a senior who is NOT tech-savey and proposed I'm sure quite a challenge for them. Everyone at Jupiter has performed outstanding and exemplary and I look forward to a long relationship with this company and hopefully get to work with Emily again, as I know I will continue to do so with Jordan.

My computer apparently had multiple "problems".. The technician corrected the problems while I was away from my home for a few hours. I did not try the computer until the next day and it appears to be functioning well at this time.

They spent many hours or rather Spencer did, working on my problem. A problem that I created and he never lost his patience or his friendly manner one bit. He is truly an asset.to your company.

He was very kind and supportive . I had a lot wrong with my computer, he took care of it all.
