Jupiter Support

Jupiter has helped me three times with problems I have had and I have been very satisfied with what they do.

I had excellent service today with Alex, he expained things so I could understand what he was doing very patient all around great person to talk with about my issues.

The experience today was great. Jacob was wonderful, he listened to my issues and fixed them, he was very patient and extremely nice!! I will tell all my friends about Jupiter Support!!!

I waas veeery flusterated when I could not contact my e=mail. I had been recieving notices thaat theere were programs that need to be removed to restore the speed of the unit. I had heard about the broau at Yahoo but this was the first time I could not connec to them. I really appreciate the fast correct of the problem. I also appreciate the reemoval of the causes. Thaanks

My problem was solved very professionally with no trouble. Tech. Ross was polite, patient and helpful.

He was very kind and supportive . I had a lot wrong with my computer, he took care of it all.

My computer apparently had multiple "problems".. The technician corrected the problems while I was away from my home for a few hours. I did not try the computer until the next day and it appears to be functioning well at this time.

The salesman was good, curteous and also helpful . I am anxious to receive my e-mail and visit with friends.

Jordan and Emily have been extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient with me and my computer which is old and out of date and I am a senior who is NOT tech-savey and proposed I'm sure quite a challenge for them. I HAD A C/D STUCK IN THE HOLDER AND ANDY GOT IT TO EJECT THE C/D.
