Worst experience ever ordering flowers from this company They had trouble finding a "partner" florist in Austin, TX The flower basket they had delivered by their "partner" florist in Austin, TX was nothing like the one I ordered as shown on their website, in fact, I told them specifically not to send the plant they had delivered and told them I wanted to cancel my order since they could not deliver what I ordered, but they had the plant delivered anyway against my wishes I tried early on to cancel my order but they would not do that, even after confirming they could not deliver what I ordered....At the end of the day they sent me an email saying they were going to issue a $credit but would take several days for it to post I am filing a protest payment to the through my credit card company

I ordered a week ago two deliveries of flower arrangements for my sister's and cousin's birthdaysThe first was set on a door step and my sister was happily surprised to find beautiful roses at her houseThe second was delivered on time and was amazingThe ribbon and vase were beautifulI will definitely use Just Flowers againI am a happy customer

I am writing to specifically outline the poor customer service of this company which came about after they contracted my order to a very poor, substandard florist Their website first advertised next day delivery which was why I chose them in the first place This turned out to be a complete falsehood as my order ended up being a full days late The next issue was in the flowers that actually arrived The display I ordered had visible roses on 1/the arrangement, a mix of white and red roses, costing over $ The arrangement delivered had visible roses in a photo (total), all red roses The white roses were replaced with hydrangeas Needless to say, this was a very 'small' arrangement and nothing like the arrangement I had ordered I contacted Just Flowers with my concerns both about the timing and the very poor arrangement The only thing their customer service was able to say was "I'm sorry" and "we have to talk to our florist" before they were willing to do anything more After speaking with their florist, who lied and stated that roses were in the arrangement (despite the photo I provided), they offered me $ I called to dispute this and they then contacted my parents who has received the arrangement as an anniversary gift bringing them into the drama (very unprofessional) My family reported that yes, only red roses and white hydrangeas were delivered After weeks of back and forth, their ultimate resolution was to offer me a $credit Considering not even 1/the flowers I ordered were delivered AND they were delivered days late, this is hardly acceptable Throughout the process, even speaking to managers, they continually took the side of their florist as opposed to their customer despite the fact that it was the florist who ultimately did them a disservice as well As a result, I will never use this company again and I warn any customer looking to order flowers to choose a different business I understand that not all florists are created equal but as an online company contracting out with these businesses, I expect them to have some degree of quality control and attentiveness to resolving disputes that would preserve their customers loyalty Bottom line, use a different company

Last orders that I placed with Just Flowers were delivered on time and both times the recipients were quite happy with the arrangementsWhen I called them to place a last minute order for order in NYC that was very easy and smooth for meThey had quite a large selection and the agent on the phone was very helpful and politeAll in all I had a great experienceGreat service! WILL use them AGAIN next time!

This company is a scam! I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday in Oahu, Hawaii The flowers were never deliveredInstead they called me the next day and asked for $dollars more due to "location issues" The total would have been $instead of $for a small pink bouquet (already late) I cancelled and requested a refund Then, I called a local florist on Oahu and guess what ? This scammers had called that florist earlier that day to order flowers for my friend and only offered the florist $while trying to collect $from me !!! Small world, isn't it? Oh by the way, they trick you on their website when you place an order....They make it automatically $extra and tell you that you picked a deluxe option Total fraud ! They should be sued for negligence, emotional distress, and fraud

We had the worst experience ordering flowers through their site I paid extra for expedited delivery, yet the recipient received a call at the end of the day saying that the driver got into a car accident and arrangement was damaged and they will deliver the next morningThe next day the arrangement was finally delivered but much later in the day, not as was promised (in the morning) Already having concerns about the company, I called the recipient asking to verify what was delivered - the flowers were completely different than what was ordered - much smaller arrangement in size and instead of different colors and different flowers they were just plain white and blue: the arrangement was for a newborn and was supposed to be festiveTeddy bear and chocolates were missing, balloons were deflatedI also paid for extra balloons that were not delivered at all Much later they delivered chocolates and a new balloon, but still no teddy bear Then phone calls started to their customer service back and forth that lasted for over a weekThey kept saying that there is nothing they can do and it was the florist's mistake but they can't name them citing on florist's policies of non-redeliveryThey kept saying that the arrangement was accepted by the recipient, which is nonsense because usually flowers are ordered as a surprise - of course they would accept whatever is deliveredThey kept offering 30$ refund, but in essence it was a advertisement on their site - what was paid for was not deliveredWe took a picture of the arrangement, send to JustFlowers customer service, and the lady in online chat also confirmed "yes, the arrangement looks completely wrong", yet I wasn't able to get them to re-deliver They were more or less polite when on the phone with me, but someone (they didn't identify on the phone) called my girlfriend and when she said that they should probably talk to me since I was the one who placed the order - they just hung up on her, no good bye or thank-youThat was rude and unacceptable behavior Absolutely horrible experience and we don't recommend this service to anybody The flowers were ordered on Jan 16th

On 12-9-I placed and order for a Christmas centerpiece as a birthday gift for my Mother-in-Law I found a very nice arrangement on sale for ( original price 59.99) The delivery fee for express shipping was to be delivered with hours of placing the order, but since is was very early in the day I opted for standard shipping which didn't show a price I placed the order for a total of Later n the day about hours I received a call from JustFlowers.com, saying they needed to charge me an additional for the arrangement The customer service rep had a very thick foreign accent and I could not understand what the reason was for the additional charge, in addition to the accent she was speaking so fast you couldn't understand what she was say I told her several times that I could not understand what she was say, I have good hearing! Needless to say the conversation went downhill from there In the end, I went ahead and okayed the additional fee, as I wanted the flowers sent! It seems that is had to do with minimum amount of purchase had not been met, however no where on the online order was there any info stating this, and if there was a minimum amount, why did it allow me to purchase the item! I'm very dissatisfied with Justflowers.com...no way to run a business What was the point of putting your merchandise on "sale" if your going to charge full price anyway I recommend any other Florist than this one!

This is the worst companyThey should be shut downI ordered a spray for my aunts funeral days in advanceEveryday the company called me with a problemThe day before the funeral I spoke with a manager who assured me she spoke to a florist who would be able to deliver the spray to the funeralTwenty minutes before the funeral I received a phone call from the just flowers to inform me that the florist would not be able to deliver the flowersI was lividTheir solution was to send a basket to the family homewhen you spend dollars you expect the delivery to make it to the funeral homeI told them to refund my money but they could send a basket of flowers to my uncles house on their dimeI was told they couldn't do thatThey would not compensate for their screwupThis aunt was like a mom to me and I was not able to attend the funeral because my grandson is having major surgeryThis was a way to pay my respectNever purchase flowers from this companyPut them out of business or you one day will be in my shoes feeling more pain because you weren't able to do the one thing that let people know you love themSending flowers

On May 10, 2015, I placed an online order for $to delivery a bouquet of flowers to my mother on the occasion of her 80th birthdayJustflowers confirmed the order and delivery date for May 19, On May 26, 2015, I called my mother to inquire about the flowersShe had not received themI wrote Justflowers service, asking if they deliveredThey confirmed delivery on May 19, I wrote again stating that my mother received nothing and that the resdence security never phoned to indicate a flower delivery had arrivedJustflowers then indicated that thier preferred florist delivered the flowers to wrong receipientThey could not tell me who took delivery or where the flowers were deliveredThey only offered to try again with some additional flowersI was very disappointedI canceled the order and will order again from a more reputable companyJustflowers is an organizational mess

I admittedly ordered late (noon on Mothers Day) for Mother's Day, but I only did so because the Just Flowers website said straight out that there was still time to order for delivery that dayNot only did I have my Mother watching the front porch all that evening for a surprise delivery, but she kept watching for more days until they finally arrived on WednesdayThere was an apologetic note with the flowers 'not' blaming the local floristI was sent a picture by my Mom of the flowers and though colorful, this was not worth the money, and certainly not worth the aggravationI WILL NOT make this mistake again nor ever use Just Flowers againFor reference my order # on May 10th was [redacted] For that matter, I am done with all 1-800# flower businessesI will again do as I have in the past Order locally and Direct from small business owners only !!!

I ordered an arrangement for my mother scheduled to be delivered on mother's dayFirst, they give me a range of 10:AM to 9:PM as the delivery time, which is ridiculous as nobody can be expected to be at home all day for a deliveryHowever, the flowers were not delivered on SundayMonday, I called to check on the order and w told I will be contacted back after the people at the number contact the local florist, but I was never contactedTuesday, I called again to check on my order and was told that I could get a measly $credit on a $order since they were STILL unable to deliver itThe people you speak to on the phone have thick accents and repeat the same few lines over and over regardless of the situationBy Wednesday I called to cancel the order entirely and they would not allow me toI had to argue with a call center "manager" who was very rude and acted like I was at fault just to cancel the order

I called Just Flowers on 9/to order sympathy flowers (Over the Blue Horizon) for my sister in law My brother had just passed on 9/ I called Just Flowers because their web ad said same day delivery After calling and selecting an order I was told they could not deliver same day due to their order cut off being noon and I was calling at 2PM I agreed to a Sunday delivery They did not deliver on Sunday, nor did they deliver on Monday I got a call Tuesday afternoon at 2PM apologizing for the delay (they said it was a busy holiday weekend and there was a large funeral); they also apologized as the the flowers I ordered (and apparently prepared Saturday) were wilted, there were no others so could they replace with something else They said they could still deliver today I agreed but have no idea if they were able to deliver or not, nor do I know if what they substituted was of same value as my original order With their track record, I'm guessing they missed today too but don't know because I can't verify until tomorrow! I will never use these people again! I trusted them to take care of my need during a very difficult time and they failed miserablyTo make matters worse, I can't even find how to rate these people online other than here

Falsely advertised they could deliver by Mother's Day, it's the day after and still nothing was delivered, yet they charged my paypal account over $ Through Paypal messaging and email, no one has responded to my complaint I expect a full refund because of using paypal.....would never recommend this company to anyoneHow they have an A rating is beyond me What a joke!

I ordered flowers from Justflowers.com on a Wednesday, for a Saturday memorial service/funeralSaturday morning, less than three hours before the event started and as I was getting ready to leave for it, I got a call from JustflowersThe florist did not have two out of the three flowers used in the bouquet I had ordered, could they substitute? Of course, there was no time to browse pictures on the internet to find another bouquet, nor could I see images of what the product would look likeI mistakenly assumed they knew what they were doing, and agreed to let them substituteI wish I had cancelled the order, because the flowers that arrived were an embarrassment! It did not resemble the original bouquet in size, quality, or essenceI knew it would have had a slight change due to one flower being a different color, but I thought that they would have been arranged attractivelyNopeThe company "checked with the florist" and then offered me a $credit on a future purchaseI kept repeating that I wasn't just unhappy, I was VERY unhappy, embarrassed, and angry, and finally spoke with management, who kept coming back to the fact that I'd approved the changes, albeit at the last minute (which I think was purposeful, on their part, so I wouldn't have time to shop elsewhere), and that the flowers had been delivered (because I didn't get a chance to refuse delivery)They finally offered me $back, swore that was "the best we can do", and I let them know that I was still very upset, and would be letting everyone I could reach know itI should have known that, judging by the many negative reviews I now see that they've received, that they do not care about complaints as long as they keep getting business, and I can't warn everyone! This company is a nightmare Two and a half days after the specified delivery date, the flowers had still not arrived I made numerous phone calls to determine what was happening, and was given conflicting answers (the flowers are delayed, the flowers are en route, the flowers have been delivered...) - all wrong We had to purchase the flowers from another vendor for the recipientI spoke to a 'customer service manager representative' who refused to give her last name (first name 'Kim'), and requested a refundI was informed that I could get a $refund (on a $order) This business is a total scam Customer service reps are scripted to within an inch of their lives-very good at repeating "I'm so sorry" again and again-but unwilling to make it rightDo NOT give them your hard earned money WHY does Revdex.com accredit a business like this???

I ordered from JustFlowers.com and my flowers were not delivered by the 'guaranteed' delivery date which was the same day (Mother's Day)I do not want my flowers delivered at a different time on different dateThey did not live up to their end of service and for that reason I want a full refundI t was nearly $90! I will never order from this company againI cannot get in touch with ANY customer service rep and their 'live support' on their website is a complete jokeDO NOT waste your time or money on this websiteI do not want any discount offers as I will never do business here again
