I ordered flowers to be delivered from JustFlowers.com The flowers were not delivered When I tried to get a refund, JustFlowers gave me the run-around Even after multiple phone calls I have not received a refund and no flowers were ever delivered

I ordered some flowers for our 50th Anniversary partyI paid extra to upgrade and another fee to have them delivered before 1:They were nothing like the picture shown on their websiteI was so disappointedI will never order flowers from this company again

Tried sending an ill family members a flower arrangement to the Seattle area (very populated) for several times already and tried a few companies onlineThe results were really badAnd then I finally used Just Flowers The day of the delivery they called me to confirm the address and ensured me the flowers would be delivered by PM that dayThe arrangement was delivered on time and was really beautiful, definitely lifted the spirit of my sick cousin My arrangement was well accepted and I would use Just Flowers again and again!

Justflowers.com accepted an order for same-day flower delivery which they knew or should have known they could not fillWhen I was informed that the order would not be delivered that day (approximately ten hours after placing it, by the way), I immediately called to cancel the orderThe order was *not* cancelled, and I have not been able to reach a human at JustFlowers.com--every time I call I am eventually directed to what I assume is the world's most overworked answering machine
How do I know that they should have known they couldn't fill this order? Turns out the "local parter" they were using was one I had already contacted and been told that they could not do any same day deliveries for Mother's Day

I ordered flowers for my mother inlaws 90th birthday on Dec 3rd for same day deliveryDidn't happenDid not realize they had not been delivered for over a weekWhen I called justflowers they were very apologetic and asked if they could send them the very next day, I reluctantly agreedAgain I recieved an email they were unable to deliverThis went on for more tries with no successThey would not give me the name of the floristThey blamed it on the different florists each timeThey did tell me what city one florist was in and I asked them if they realized how far the towns were from each other and that there were many local florists to choose fromThis morning nearly a month later I checked my account and they finally credited back my moneyI will never use them againI am happy for all of you that had a good experience, bt those of you that did not, do NOT give up until you get your refund or flowersIt was an extremely stressful situation for me dealing with themHappy its overStill does not make up for the flowers that never happened

The flowers were delivered hours early but it was perfect timing since I did not have to pay for express delivery and it was the same day orderThey looked different from the picture but were as beautiful and maybe more since it's hard to put 3d beauty on a flat screen of your PCThe flowers looked like a professional florist spent at least an hour putting it togetherThe vase was a beautiful color too and the bouquet was simply gorgeousThe price was fair compared to other options onlineThey returned my phone call promptly so I could confirm the deliveryThis company means well and I see a lot of negative reviews here I guess some people are not as lucky as I amAgain I used many companies before and Just Flowers is my first time and they did good by my standards

I placed an order online and then followed up with Customer Service to ensure delivery by a certain date I was charged a fee for expedited service, which was acceptable
I requested an email confirmation through support, and then ensured me that yes, the order would be delivered on time and with email confirmation to me upon delivery
I contacted the company stating that I had not received delivery confirmation I found out then that the order was NOT delivered on a Saturday, as scheduled This was already Monday when I contacted the company and it was scheduled to go out on Monday, rather than having already been delivered as promised
I contacted Customer Service through their Live Chat feature online The representative was okay, but not very apologetic and did not offer anything for my inconvenience I requested waiver of the expedited delivery fee and notified them that I would not be shopping with them again I got NO response to this particular comment VERY POOR SERVICE! I should have been notified if there would be a delay WILL NOT SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN

This is the one of the worst experiences with a flower company at first but then it was all turned around with a help of Just Flowers customer service managerThat lady took care of everything and made my day happier than beforeMy mother ordered flowers for my daughter's graduation & was guaranteed delivery by PM that night No flowers arrived even at PMSO I got mad and started calling the repsThe customer service rep said she would need to check with their driverThe driver obviously claimed that he could not deliver because no one was at home at the time of deliverySo they checked the address and found a typo - somehow somewhere someone must have used the wrong address and the flowers were not deliveredSo the rep fixed the issue and offered to redeliver premium upgrade and $creditThe driver came out again that night and the flowers were finally delivered and looked like something from a magazine coverGREAT COMPANY WHO TAKES CARE OF THEIR CLIENTS! HORRIBLE Buyer beware!! They "guarantee" delivery and then don't deliver Flowers weren't delivered and they refused to give me a refund, stating they would deliver the next day If they missed the holiday, it's pointless to deliver them the next day (which was Sunday, by the way, and florists aren't open...so they are making another promise they can't deliver on.)

This company is a SCAMThey contract with florists, charge high prices while paying the florist a fraction, as a result extremely poor quality of flowers are delivered to customers They do not give refunds if you are unsatisfied

On Friday, Dec 30, 2016, I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday, Dec 31. On Monday, January 2, I received an unintelligable voice mail followed by an email asking permission for a substitution of the flower arrangement. This was after the funeral. Nothing could be done to correct the situation now, so I asked that the transaction just be cancelled. A manager was to call me back. That has not happend yet. I just submitted a dispute with the credit card company, which, I expect, will just void the transaction.

The web search leads one to believe that the florist is local, which is untrue, since the funeral home is in Delaware and the merchant is in California:(Florist Greenwood DE - Yes! Same Day Delivery Guaranteed‎ [www.justflowers.com/greenwood_de_hackersafe] ). I had deliberately searched for a local florist. The website is deliberately misleading. The transaction should never have been accepted since JustFlowers had no hope of delivering the merchandise on time. Disgusting. Poor business practice.

I ordered flowers for a sick co-worker on Sept 30th with a delivery date of October 1st. First I got a call was told the local florist attempted delivery but no one answered the door. Then after a second attempt they finally delivered beautiful arrangement that made my co-worker's day! She was so happy to get a gift from me that she did not expect at all. The entire experience has been a good one for me. I strongly recommend this company.

Terrible service, delivery 3 days late, would recommend that no one use this service if delivery needed at a specific time.

DO NOT, I repeat.....DO NOT EVER PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
They are shady and unreliable and deceptive and greedy!
I placed an order on 11/27/2016 for flowers to be delivered on 11/29/2016 to my daughter for her 21st birthday. it is now December 2nd and guess what they STILL have not been delivered!!! However, you can bet that they did indeed process my payment.
They did not attempt to contact the recipient of the flowers nor me regardless that I provided contact information to include phone numbers and email addresses.
All they have done is apologize (don't apologize, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT) and tell me they will not cancel my order NOR refund my money!
I have exchanged MANY emails back and forth with this deplorable excuse for a business and all they do is apologize for the inconvenience. When I ask that they just cancel the order.....they say they wont do that. When I ask that they refund my money....they say they wont do that. When I asked that they send me a copy of my original invoice....they say they cant do that!!!

I ordered Mother's Day flowers on Saturday for mother-in-law,website offered Sunday delivery. They were not delivered Sunday or Monday or Tuesday. She lives in a capital city not a rural area so no reasonable explanation for delay. After I called to complain they were finally delivered end of day on Wednesday at which time the delivery man basically threw the flowers at my mother-in-law and ran away as she tried to ask him a question. Once inside shenoted they were very dry and "looked like they had sat in his car for the 3 days they went undelivered." It took repated phone calls for several days to get a call back from a manager.During this time they called mother-in-law and bombarded her with questions, asked her to take a picture and send to them. She is 75, not tech savvy and has no idea how to attach a picture to an email or text. Manager offered me nothing in the way of compensation for poor condition of flowers, still saying they needed a picture - now a week after delivery.

Ordered flowers on July 11th at 8:30 am to surprise friend on her 30th birthday. Paid extra 5 dollars for them to be delivered within 4 hours. Received a confirmation email minutes later. 9 hours later texted friend to make sure she received them and she had not. Called Just flowers to find out why, was told by someone speaking broken English that request was sent so unsure what happened they would call the florist and find out. 20 hours later a "manager" speaking broken English told me it was never sent to a florist because they couldn't find one in the area of delivery. She wanted me to pay an extra $20 dollars to have it delivered 2 days late. I said absolutely not since it's no longer her 30th birthday. She said they would split the cost and she would debt $10 off my card. I said absolutely not, please refund my money because I was not happy with service because no one even called me to let me know they wouldn't be delivering it. She said okay what if they debt my card $5 and it will be delivered the next day. I said I wasn't paying anything extra for this service. She wanted to keep my money as a credit for a future purchase and I said no I wanted a refund her birthday has passed. She then wanted to refund $15 of the $55 and keep a credit for future purchase. I told her again I wanted a refund, She told it would be 1 to 4 business days and she hung up on me.

Poor business with poor customer service skills. I ordered flowers for a Saturday funeral on Friday. They assured they would be there for the 10:30 am service. Called the following morning to follow up and I was told the flowers would be there in time. They called me 13 min before the funeral and said they would not make it. They offered to get an address for the family from the church and send the flowers to the home. I asked to speak with a manager and they said someone would call. I eventually spoke to a manager and the manager said they could not reach the church. I called the church and someone answered right away. I got the address and called just flowers back. They said they would deliver by Sunday. Then someone called me Sunday and said they could not deliver until Monday. They called the family to make delivery arrangements. The family was told they couldn't deliver the flowers until Monday afternoon. I was told by the manager that the family requested afternoon delivery. This was not true! I finally got so upset that I cancelled the order Monday because the family they were intended to go to had already returned to Maryland and they would not get the arrangement. After I spoke with numerous managers and finally the corporate manager, they did nothing but offer a small discount after I verbalized my dissatisfaction. Nobody even seemed to want to make it better. The corporate manager even had an attitude! They made promises they did not keep day after day! It should not take 3 days to deliver flowers that I was told would be delivered the following day! They should not make promises to customers if they can't assure they can keep them!
