I am writing to specifically outline the poor customer service of this company which came about after they contracted my order to a very poor, substandard florist. Their website first advertised next day delivery which was why I chose them in the first place. This turned out to be a complete falsehood as my order ended up being a full 2 days late. The next issue was in the flowers that actually arrived. The display I ordered had 10 visible roses on 1/2 the arrangement, a mix of white and red roses, costing over $90. The arrangement delivered had 3 visible roses in a photo (5 total), all red roses. The white roses were replaced with 2 hydrangeas. Needless to say, this was a very 'small' arrangement and nothing like the arrangement I had ordered. I contacted Just Flowers with my concerns both about the timing and the very poor arrangement. The only thing their customer service was able to say was "I'm sorry" and "we have to talk to our florist" before they were willing to do anything more. After speaking with their florist, who lied and stated that 9 roses were in the arrangement (despite the photo I provided), they offered me $5. I called to dispute this and they then contacted my parents who has received the arrangement as an anniversary gift bringing them into the drama (very unprofessional). My family reported that yes, only 5 red roses and 2 white hydrangeas were delivered. After 3 weeks of back and forth, their ultimate resolution was to offer me a $10 credit. Considering not even 1/2 the flowers I ordered were delivered AND they were delivered 2 days late, this is hardly acceptable. Throughout the process, even speaking to managers, they continually took the side of their florist as opposed to their customer despite the fact that it was the florist who ultimately did them a disservice as well. As a result, I will never use this company again and I warn any customer looking to order flowers to choose a different business. I understand that not all florists are created equal but as an online company contracting out with these businesses, I expect them to have some degree of quality control and attentiveness to resolving disputes that would preserve their customers loyalty. Bottom line, use a different company.

Worst experience ever ordering flowers from this company. They had trouble finding a "partner" florist in Austin, TX. The flower basket they had delivered by their "partner" florist in Austin, TX was nothing like the one I ordered as shown on their website, in fact, I told them specifically not to send the plant they had delivered and told them I wanted to cancel my order since they could not deliver what I ordered, but they had the plant delivered anyway against my wishes. I tried early on to cancel my order but they would not do that, even after confirming they could not deliver what I ordered....At the end of the day they sent me an email saying they were going to issue a $10.00 credit but would take several days for it to post. I am filing a protest payment to the through my credit card company.

The arrangement that I ordered was not equivalent to the online advertisement. Although persisted with a disclaimer defense, the issue was nowhere near rectified. If you reside in a different state than California and are considering this service it is highly discouraged. Personally I ordered the Christmas in December arrangement and a red poinsettia and here are the flaws: the Christmas in December arrangement looked nothing like the image advertised and their disclaimer specifically says "the arrangement sent will closely resemble the image". In my opinion this indicates not only the quantity but also the type of flowers, vase, and arrangement that will be put together will appear as closely as advertised. Throughout my purchase I was never contacted regarding modifications to my arrangement. The arrangement delivered did not even abide to their own disclaimer. A pink poinsettia was delivered instead of a red one and the additional bear was never delivered. When this ordeal was pursued further I was given no substantial rectification. As a loyal customer I am very displeased.

This company is a scam! I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday in Oahu, Hawaii. The flowers were never delivered. Instead they called me the next day and asked for $75 dollars more due to "location issues". The total would have been $130 instead of $55 for a small pink bouquet (already late). I cancelled and requested a refund. Then, I called a local florist on Oahu and guess what ? This scammers had called that florist earlier that day to order flowers for my friend and only offered the florist $35 while trying to collect $130 from me !!! Small world, isn't it? Oh by the way, they trick you on their website when you place an order....They make it automatically $10 extra and tell you that you picked a deluxe option. Total fraud ! They should be sued for negligence, emotional distress, and fraud.

I admittedly ordered late (noon on Mothers Day) for Mother's Day, but I only did so because the Just Flowers website said straight out that there was still time to order for delivery that day. Not only did I have my Mother watching the front porch all that evening for a surprise delivery, but she kept watching for 3 more days until they finally arrived on Wednesday. There was an apologetic note with the flowers 'not' blaming the local florist. I was sent a picture by my Mom of the flowers and though colorful, this was not worth the money, and certainly not worth the aggravation. I WILL NOT make this mistake again nor ever use Just Flowers again. For reference my order # on May 10th was [redacted]. For that matter, I am done with all 1-800# flower businesses. I will again do as I have in the past ... Order locally and Direct from small business owners only !!!

This is the worst company. They should be shut down. I ordered a spray for my aunts funeral 5 days in advance. Everyday the company called me with a problem. The day before the funeral I spoke with a manager who assured me she spoke to a florist who would be able to deliver the spray to the funeral. Twenty minutes before the funeral I received a phone call from the just flowers to inform me that the florist would not be able to deliver the flowers. I was livid. Their solution was to send a basket to the family home. when you spend 200.00 dollars you expect the delivery to make it to the funeral home. I told them to refund my money but they could send a basket of flowers to my uncles house on their dime. I was told they couldn't do that. They would not compensate for their screwup. This aunt was like a mom to me and I was not able to attend the funeral because my grandson is having major surgery. This was a way to pay my respect. Never purchase flowers from this company. Put them out of business or you one day will be in my shoes feeling more pain because you weren't able to do the one thing that let people know you love them. Sending flowers.

On 12-9-2015 I placed and order for a Christmas centerpiece as a birthday gift for my Mother-in-Law. I found a very nice arrangement on sale for 39.99 ( original price 59.99). The delivery fee for express shipping was 4.99 to be delivered with 4 hours of placing the order, but since is was very early in the day I opted for standard shipping
which didn't show a price. I placed the order for a total of 54.73. Later n the day about 3 hours I received a call from JustFlowers.com, saying they needed to charge me an additional 15.00 for the arrangement. The customer service rep had a very thick foreign accent and I could not understand what the reason was for the additional charge, in addition to the accent she was speaking so fast you couldn't understand what she was say. I told her several times that I could not understand what she was say, I have good hearing! Needless to say the conversation went downhill from there. In the end, I went ahead and okayed the additional fee, as I wanted the flowers sent! It seems that is had to do with minimum amount of purchase had not been met, however no where on the online order was there any info stating this, and if there was a minimum amount, why did it allow me to purchase the item! I'm very dissatisfied with Justflowers.com...no way to run a business. What was the point of putting your merchandise on "sale" if your going to charge full price anyway. I recommend any other Florist than this one!

Terrific customer service. Not only did our flowers make it for my grandpa's birthday on time but the flower arrangement was truly very beautiful. They took good care of our order and responsibly delivered it. Made it very easy to order. If they can make us happy with a delivery they should be listed as best flower selling service. They did a great job and should have very high score here. Very professional.

I placed an order on Sunday evening to be sent on Monday. I could not get a confirmation if the flowers were indeed delivered on Monday. No one could help me, all they kept telling me was they were sorry the local florist didn't confirm delivery. The flowers were for a couple who just lost a child. I could not call them to ask if they received the flowers. ON Tuesday I still could not get confirmation form the live chat or customer service. They are not customer caring people and I would NEVER recommend them EVER..THEY ARE THE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE> I can't even imagine what the flowers would look like if indeed they ever were delivered. I want a refund...Good luck with that I suppose. STAY AWAY FROM THEM...

On May 10, 2015, I placed an online order for $58.73 to delivery a bouquet of flowers to my mother on the occasion of her 80th birthday. Justflowers confirmed the order and delivery date for May 19, 2015. On May 26, 2015, I called my mother to inquire about the flowers. She had not received them. I wrote Justflowers service, asking if they delivered. They confirmed delivery on May 19, 2015. I wrote again stating that my mother received nothing and that the resdence security never phoned to indicate a flower delivery had arrived. Justflowers then indicated that thier preferred florist delivered the flowers to wrong receipient. They could not tell me who took delivery or where the flowers were delivered. They only offered to try again with some additional flowers. I was very disappointed. I canceled the order and will order again from a more reputable company. Justflowers is an organizational mess.

WARNING!!! Do not use this company if you want a beautiful arrangement. First of all, I can't even tell if they are located in the United States at all. When I called to complain I had a hard time understanding the person on the other end. My flowers were NOT at all what was pictured on the website. I wanted an arrangement that would give my newly engaged daughter the WOW factor. These failed on all levels and she told me some of them were wilted! I was extremely disappointed and tried to call them. I reached a call center with lots of noise in the background - others on calls. I was unable to talk to a "florist" directly. Immediate red flag there!! I got the run around and they told me to hit comment on their web page and I would get $7.50 off on my next arrangement!! There will NEVER be a next time for this company. Honestly, I do not know how they stay in business. I read the reviews and they were all very favorable. I think they are fake reviews because I have never experienced such a lack of commitment from someone who actually cared that I was extremely disappointed with their product. They must find the "barely getting by florists" to outsource the flowers! I picked them because they said they were located in the same area where my daughter worked in the hope of getting a smaller delivery charge. WRONG!! They were 35 miles away and they charged $15.95 for the delivery fee and a few other trumped up charges! Totally unacceptable since the flowers were ugly. They couldn't even make the arrangement symmetrical! Again, NEVER will I ever use this company!!

I placed an order an order 9 days ago. The website stated that they offered next day delivery. I didn't receive a call regarding any problems, so assumed the delivery had taken place as ordered. The delivery was supposed to take place last Thursday.. The receient died on Saturday. Today I got numerous calls and emails because they couldn't offer thr arrangemeny shown on the website. Appalling service!,,

My aunt sent what was supposed to be 12 roses in a vase with a stuffed bear. I got 6 assorted flowers in a basket. Ugly. Although both my cell and home numbers were on the florist card no attempt was made to contact me. The flowers were left in freezing temps on my porch-no clue how long. The card was unsigned so I was clueless who the sender OR the florist was. Plain white card. Florist isnt interested refund of any kind. Bad experience. I have pictures of the flowers and the card-they were sent to florist-still no restitution.

I ordered an arrangement for my mother scheduled to be delivered on mother's day. First, they give me a range of 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM as the delivery time, which is ridiculous as nobody can be expected to be at home all day for a delivery. However, the flowers were not delivered on Sunday. Monday, I called to check on the order and w told I will be contacted back after the people at the 800 number contact the local florist, but I was never contacted. Tuesday, I called again to check on my order and was told that I could get a measly $5 credit on a $90 order since they were STILL unable to deliver it. The people you speak to on the phone have thick accents and repeat the same few lines over and over regardless of the situation. By Wednesday I called to cancel the order entirely and they would not allow me to. I had to argue with a call center "manager" who was very rude and acted like I was at fault just to cancel the order.

I noticed a lot of negative feedback on all these review websites but I do not see too many positive reviews, I guess I will be one of the few good ones. I understand that online reputation for online company is a big deal. So I will do my part here and describe my experience with the company. I was looking for a flower company online that would deliver flowers May 27th for Memorial Day. A lot of local florists I called were either closed or were too booked to take my order, so I ran into a bunch of online retailers and also got super confused as there were too many to choose from. Anyhow, I was able to find what I like on JustFlowers.com and decided to use them. What the heck? In worst case I would have called my credit card company and complained had the order not been delivered. With my [redacted] card I had nothing to worry about. It was very important to me that these flowers arrive on time for friends who lost their son in combat. Well, I don't know how they did, must have contacted their local florist to have this done for me. I was happy with the fact they did what they said they'd do. I would give them another try should another occasion occur.

Falsely advertised they could deliver by Mother's Day, it's the day after and still nothing was delivered, yet they charged my paypal account over $93. Through Paypal messaging and email, no one has responded to my complaint. I expect a full refund because of using paypal.....would never recommend this company to anyone. How they have an A rating is beyond me. What a joke!

Just Flowers should be renamed just arrogance, and just disregard for consumers. I order a bouquet of flowers one day before Mothers Day, I specified in the order that the Flowers to be delivered to a business establishment, and that it would be opened from 10:30 am to 1:130 pm so the delivery would have to take place within those hours. Sunday Morning I called them about from 10am to ask them if there is a system in place to trace, monitor the delivery. After several attempts at about 12 in the afternoon customer services told me they called the florist and that the delivery would take place before the receiver would close the store. At 2pm I called the person who was to receive the Flowers, they never received it. I tried to call just Flowers but customer service would continue to hang up or redirect my call to a automated system. I called the Florist personally and they told me that Just Flower's sent them the order after 1:30pm .

So my initial goal was to to complaint about unsatisfactory delivery and how bad of an experience I had with Just Flowers. But... they made it right, made us happy and that's the reason I wanted to leave a review. I delivered flowers early on Friday the April 17 for delivery that same day. At 6 PM on that night they were not delivered yet. I called JustFlowers help line and they told me after a brief hold that the flowers were on the way and the driver was stuck in traffic. Then I called again and I was told this time that according to their record the flowers were delivered at 5 PM that day. What a lie I thought and called my sister to double check but as it turns out my sister did not receive the flowers promised by Just Flowers on the 17th at all. It was too late to call them back again and I decoded to wait until the following morning. But in the morning I got a call from one of Just Flowers managers, Teresa who apologized for the delay and all the confusion with the order. It turns out she did here own investigation and found out that the driver lied to customer service and never delivered the flowers for reasons unknown. So she offered me a $10 discount and offered to redeliver that day for free since it was their issue with a card of apology. That day my sister finally received her flowers and they were just beautiful and gorgeous she stayed very happy and was glad to receive them from me. Being far away is not easy and things like that make you think that Just Flowers are doing a good job making customers happy. I could have been raving about all their bad customer service etc but in the end, who doesn't make mistakes. Even our own USPS has lost so many of my packages. The way Just Flowers manager explained to me there are so many variables and small little details we as customer never pay attention to that take place behind the scenes of a big flower company like Just Flowers so a slight mistake anywhere along the way can cause your order not delivered. Anyways - they also gave me $20 off my next order and made me satisfied in the end. I hope that review helps them. I think I will order from them again with a coupon next time.

I ordered flowers from Justflowers.com on a Wednesday, for a Saturday memorial service/funeral. Saturday morning, less than three hours before the event started and as I was getting ready to leave for it, I got a call from Justflowers. The florist did not have two out of the three flowers used in the bouquet I had ordered, could they substitute? Of course, there was no time to browse pictures on the internet to find another bouquet, nor could I see images of what the product would look like. I mistakenly assumed they knew what they were doing, and agreed to let them substitute. I wish I had cancelled the order, because the flowers that arrived were an embarrassment! It did not resemble the original bouquet in size, quality, or essence. I knew it would have had a slight change due to one flower being a different color, but I thought that they would have been arranged attractively. Nope. The company "checked with the florist" and then offered me a $5 credit on a future purchase. I kept repeating that I wasn't just unhappy, I was VERY unhappy, embarrassed, and angry, and finally spoke with management, who kept coming back to the fact that I'd approved the changes, albeit at the last minute (which I think was purposeful, on their part, so I wouldn't have time to shop elsewhere), and that the flowers had been delivered (because I didn't get a chance to refuse delivery). They finally offered me $15 back, swore that was "the best we can do", and I let them know that I was still very upset, and would be letting everyone I could reach know it. I should have known that, judging by the many negative reviews I now see that they've received, that they do not care about complaints as long as they keep getting business, and I can't warn everyone! However, I'm going to add my voice to the growing group of unhappy customers who have been wronged and left unappeased by a company which clearly only cares about the short term profits. This company is a very sad example of a business.
