I ordered flowers and they never arrived on the date guaranteedIt was very embarrassing asking my Mom if she received her flowersI could tell she was uncomfortable saying noI tried to contact the company by phone, email, and their Facebook pageThe phone was a message saying they were busy, the email said my delivery would be today(nope), and their Facebook page had 100's of people asking "where's my flowers I ordered"? Which, including my question were all deletedI ordered flowers for Mother's Day not afterIt makes me sad that my Mom waited for her flowers to arriveIt breaks my heart that this may be some people's Mothers last Mother's Day and didn't receive the flowers intended for themI believe thus business scams people and only provide the flowers if confronted with the question I'm sure their all too familiar with " Where's the flowers I ordered ?" I will do everything in my power to prevent this from happening to another person

Worst flower experience everI ordered flowers Friday before Mother's Day The sales woman told me she could not guarantee Sunday morning delivery, but she could guarantee delivery for Saturday, the day before Mother's Day (even though it was the next day)- so that's what I selected Despite multiple calls and emails from me to follow up on both Saturday and Sunday, Monday came and still no flowers Completely fed up, I called back Monday & requested the order be cancelled & my money refunded I was told that wouldn't be possible, but that Just Flowers would contact the local florist to investigate & call me back Having already heard that multiple times over the weekend with no follow-through, I literally had to refuse to hang up until my order was cancelled minutes and multiple lengthy holds later - while still on the phone, they finally sent me an email saying my order was cancelled and my credit card would be refunded within 1-business days If my refund doesn't go through, I will definitely be filing a complaintI will tell everyone I know to avoid this company

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sisters special birthdayI upgraded to the largest bouquet and specifically asked if the flowers I was seeing in the picture with the ones that were going to be sentI was assured that yes it wasWhen my sister got the flowers, not only was it not what I had ordered, but it wasn't even in a nice arrangement.The next day the flowers began to wilt out I called the company immediately, and they were rude, defensiveI could not believe what I was hearingI have put in a dispute with my credit card company, and when I called the company back to let them know I was going to do this, they insisted that I agreed to a $refundThis was a lie.What I really wanted was a sincere apology, And an assurance that they would contact the local florist and let them know what they did was wrongBecause of the rude customer service I would never order from themI wish I had read reviews before I had ordered from themThey turned a happy event into a frustrating experienceI feel like I got a bait and switch

Worst experience everMother's Day flowers still not delivered days after promised, unable to reach anyone for hours, on hold for minutes then get transferred to VOICE MAILFrom their jammed up phone lines no doubt they have a lot of unhappy customersDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I really do not give positive reviews as we all expect highest level of customer experience and there are a lot of wackos out there that do nothing but grind about poor service and you can never please themI have looked at their reviews before using them and found as much positive feedback as there's negative
Last week our son had a prom and my wife and I ordered a perfect arrangement for his date It matched his date's rose colored dress Around pm of the day of the prom the beautiful bouquet was delivered At approx 4pm on delivery day, they called me and left a message that the arrangement was delivered! What a nice surprise! Talked with the rep and said everything was OK
Overall the whole experience with Just Flowers turned out to be quite pleasant and worry freeI will use them again whenever such occasion comes up

I placed an order on Sunday, August for a floral arrangement to be sent to my sister and her husband for their 40th anniversary When I looked on their website the message said that I had about hours to place the order to get same day Sunday delivery I had difficulty completing the order online, so I was contacted by an agent of the company by phone After talking to her, she said that there was a chance that the flowers would not be delivered on Sunday, but certainly they would be delivered on Monday morning with a note apologizing for the late delivery I was a little disappointed, but said go aheadThe agent said that they would discount the arrangement by $in case it was not delivered on Sunday
Monday afternoon, around 4:30pm my time and 5:30pm delivery location time, I received a call to say that the flowers would not be delivered on Monday There was no clear explanation about the delay this time At this point I really had no choice but to insist that they be delivered as early as possible on Tuesday with a note apologizing for the delay and saying that the flowers were initially supposed to be delivered on Sunday
I called JustFlowers on Tuesday afternoon around 5:30pm (delivery location time) to verify whether the flowers had been delivered I wanted to know before I called my sister The person I talked to said that they received notice that the flowers were delivered at 5pm, a far cry from as early as possible Tuesday morning
I called my sister a little later and she said the flowers were lovely and they enjoyed receiving them However, the delivery was left at the wrong address Their neighbors were kind enough to bring the flowers to them later that evening Also, there was no note of apology regarding the delay in delivery
Needless to say, not only will I avoid using JustFlowers.com but I will steer other people clear from them It is difficult to trust a company when several important things went wrong in this one delivery I'm not sure how they have an A- rating I would rate them no better than a D

Sunday early morning I ordered a teddy bear with balloons I was very excited for my daughterLate Sunday night I recieived a call from the flower store saying this cannot be delivered until the following day Monday To find out again never delivered on Monday and they didn't even have the courtesy in callingAfter being on the phone multiple times getting no where we finally got a manager who kept me on the line for mins on hold and couldn't give me any answersAfter telling them we wanted our money back

I rarely write reviews, but this time it was differentAt first, it was a horrible experience, I decided I had to let people know to stay away from this companyThis past Friday I remembered last minute to send my 60-year-old sister flowersShe lives far in a different stateI should have looked up reviews beforehand, but found Just Flowers on GoogleThey advertised same day delivery for their flowersI chose a bouquet and even added a balloonThe total came to $I kept calling customer service AND rep on the phone assured me that the flowers would be delivered same day by pmI called my sister at work to let her know something was coming for herAt 6:pm my sister called me to let me know her gift hadn't arrived yetI called Just Flowers and got a representative on the phone
I immediately said I need to speak to a supervisorThey ended up transferring me to a supervisor, Theresa.She put me on a brief hold and talked to the florist who was delivering the flowersThe delivery person had taken longer than he expected due to traffic and he was running late so he had to re-deliver to her house that same nightAnd she offered me $credit for the troublesThe company did good by my standards and the flowers were so beautiful she loved them! That's what matters to me

BUYER BEWAREI purchased an arrangement online and upgraded to the premium arrangement since the photo of the arrangement showed my yrold mother's favorite flower in her favorite colorWhat was delivered to my mother for Mothers Day was nothing close to this photo or description? In fact, not even the same colors Upon calling Just Flowers to complain, I was told to go to the home page then click on customer service and then click on substitutions I told them this is fraud and nowhere on the page to order this arrangement or even their home page does it even mention substitutionsWow, they offered a $refund

I did order chocolate on to be delivered on Saturday
After long discussions with their service department who were very polite but useless
They keep telling me on and on that they must check with their shipping vendor what happen
I requested to cancel my order but the answer was "once the order was shipped it cannot be cancelled" after only on Tuesday after the goods should have been delivered I received a mail that they feel sorry and the order will be cancelled and my CC will be credited
I will never use again this company

on 10/23/I received a call from JustFlowers regarding a order I had placed last year and would I like to place a order for the birthday girl this yearI first said no, but the salesperson kept offering dealsI agreed on flowers with balloons, she gave me my confirmation number and said I would receive an emailI never received a email and when my delivery arrive it was only balloons, I tried to reach them but was told to leave a detail message and someone would return my callnever happenI called on 10/26/and was told they would have to speak to the person who took my orderI told the salesperson I never received a confirmation email I would have caught a mistakeafter hanging up I received a billing receipt not the orderVery disappointed it was my granddaughter sweet sixteen

Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and requested to deliver by a certain time on FridayThey actually made it happenI have been in flower business myself and know how difficult it is to deliver on-timeYou'd have to pay extra just to do thatThe flowers were beautiful my daughter loved them and that's what matters to meBesides, last minute gift was my fault and just flowers prices were decentMy experience was good and I would use Justflowers.com again! I would use this company again and againThey are the best of the best I wish I had known about Just Flowers before this last funeral orderI ordered casket flowers from them last weekI was trying to get flowers at a cheaper price because the funeral costs were already outrageousMy grandmother's funeral was in a villageI called JustFlowers and they promised they would do everything possible to have the flowers deliveredOn a very short notice and in a distant location this company did unbelievable, they were able to find the funeral flowers and had them deliveredEven though they charged me $extra to make sure it got there on timeThe whole order was swift and painlessI would use them again in case I need to order flowers

I filed a complaint and review earlier and have since been on this company's facebook page where I have read at least similar complaints from today alone...no delivery/no refund Worse yet, they delete the comments from their facebook page within an hour or two and block those customers from commenting further They have time to do THIS but are unable to answer phone calls or respond to delivery issues! I have seen enough and several people said they complained to Revdex.com as well What can be done? This company really is taking money unfairly from innocent people and it looks like it's been going on for years My bank is going to try to protect me but can not guarantee anything Please advise...and please investigate this companyThank you

"We ordered the Pink Gladiolus Standing Spray from JustFlowers.com for our family friend's funeralI ordered the glads because they were my friend's favorite flowerMy friend had a visitation the day before and the flowers were sent to the parlor the day before I was to be thereI wasn't aware of it and wan not there to attendSo the flowers sat an extra hours before I saw themBut that's not so bad considering the flowers were fresh and beautiful they were literally really worth my money! I was extremely happy!
People were saying ""Such beautiful flowers."" I called customer service to complain about flowers delivered a day earlyThe main manager suggested that they send another flower arrangement to the family to make up for itEventually she gave me $credit and I was happy in the end."

Like all but one of the other reviews, I would not recommend using this company My order was supposed to be delivered days ago and each day I receive an email saying that it couldn't be delivered that day I've spoken to the company times and finally reached a manager (after a long time spent on hold) The manager offered a refund $if we could try the delivery again and then offered to put the order on "hold" so I could use it again at some future date Right Beware of this company! Sending flowers is a very personal thing and missing the delivery date by days (for a birthday) is insulting for the recipient!

I am frustrated beyond belief with this company I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered on Mother's Day to my mom No delivery , no phone call I contacted "Reggie" at one of the phone numbers (after being on hold and disconnected many, many times) I said I wanted a refund and he said he couldn't do a refund until they could speak with a florist to see what happened I told him I din't want them delivered anymore and it didn't matter why they were not delivered Fact is, they were not delivered and they never bothered to tell anyone He promised to have someone contact me today(nobody did) The flowers DID get delivered today after I clearly stated NOT to deliver and to please refund me I have been hung up on by the only human representative I could get a hold of (I pressed "new sales" option) Customer service placed me on hold and disconnected me after about or minutes I wish I could get my money back somehow This company is very shady and dishonest They basically stole my money

I ordered the Exquisite Memorial Funeral Basket for $plus delivery and handling charges, on a Wednesday, asked for it to be delivered the next day, Thursday, in time for a funeral on Friday Upon my arrival on Friday for visitation, the flowers were not there I checked with the funeral home, and they said they had not come, and they would check again, which they did The arrangement was not delivered to the funeral home until after the services started They then were placed on a table in the back, as they could not interrupt servicesIn effect, they were worthless, as after the service, people leave
The arrangement was not even similar to what I had ordered, and was a disappointment in itselfInstead of the large arrangement shown on the website, it was smaller, and while I had chosen the colors carefully to reflect the person the deceased was in life, the colors were not even similar To sum it up, it was a total waste of money I spoke with JustFlowers repeatedly, and contrary to what I know to be true, (I was there, and saw for myself), they insist that the flowers were delivered 3/hours before the services I spoke with the funeral home again, and they reiterated that they repeatedly checked the flower room for the arrangement, and indeed, they were not delivered until after services started
As this was the last thing I could do for a life long friend who meant much to me, this experience was a total disaster I requested that the florist deliver a bouquet to the two remaining family members with a note of apology, and that was refused All they would do was offer a partial reimbursement, which I refused, as that is not the point
I do not expect to order from JustFlowers again Their integrity has been compromised with the way they handled my order I just now saw their customer rating, which is 77% negative Had I seen this before ordering, I would certainly not have chosen them for something so important to me

On Monday May 9th I placed an order for a very dear friend, I paid extra money for a guaranteed delivery for Tuesday the 10th by 11am Having to kind of ruin the surprise for my friend, I found out at 7p last night that she had not received her order When I called your company I was told, that they just hadn't gone out for deliveryI asked for my guaranteed delivery fee back, since she didn't get them when they were promised I just called to cancel the order completely because she still hasn't received them I was offered $and a "personal apology" that's probably not all that personal Before I canceled my order, I was told that they would "try" to deliver them tomorrow, when I asked for a guarantee, I was told that there could be no guarantee My question is, why do you take money for guaranteed delivery, when you can't guarantee the delivery? That's just shady and wrong Since this isn't the first time I have had problems with your company, I'll just steer clear, and keep my business elsewhere Thanks for taking the fun out of a surprise
