I've ordered on the 18th of August two products from Juvia's Place, which were the "The Saharan Blush Bundle" (order: [redacted] ) for $(including shipping) However, I received another product instead: "magic mini palette", which I didn't order - Wednesday, August (delivery date): I complained about the issue to Juvia's Place - Thursday, August: They told me that I'll get a full refund, and it could take 3/business days for the refund to be reflected on my bank account - Wednesday, september: As nothing was done from their part, I asked once again for my refund - Thursday, september: They told me that my refund was "already next in the queue", but they won't issue a refund for the shipping fee because the shipping fee that I've paid for has been paid to the courier Please note that no such condition appears in their website, nor on the invoice - Thursday, september: I asked once again for my refund, as there was no trace of refund on my bank

On June 19th I ordered some products from this place, total $I received my order # [redacted] but after almost weeks they haven't sent me any productsone week ago I received a "tracking number" but since then the status of my package doesn't change, it says label createdI already sent an email to the company but I didn't have any response about my money or mi items to ship

I paid for an eyeshadow palette once my package came in it was filled with two library books one of them was a Spider-Man comic the other one was how to obtain an identity in the US I emailed the company because they don't have a posted phone number they told me to send a picture of the package and what was in the package and then nobody replied so I sent out another email and I put in a [redacted] dispute this company lied to [redacted] and said that they wouldn't have sent this and now I can't get the company to respond to me I am sending out my third email to them with pictures of what was in the package as well as the package itself I just want my money back

I ordered a product from Juvia’s Place website in NovemberI sent the packed to my fiance’s address, as it was a Christmas gift [redacted] marked the package as delivered, when it was notI waited a week, even contacted both [redacted] and Juvia’s place multiple times to see where my package wasNeither would offer a refund or any sort of recompense [redacted] told me to contact Juvia’s Place and have them ship it to the correct address, as they had marked 103, when my fiance’s address is I told the sales representative that I did not mark 103, as she was basically calling me an itI told her that the and the are nowhere near each other on either number padsWe have checked with neighbors, specifically those at 103, and they have not received the packageJuvia’s Place essentially told me “too bad” and they cannot help me, as [redacted] marked the package as delivered preemptivelyI have filed a claim with [redacted] but have not heard backThis is all over a $makeup palette for a Christmas

I ordered two make up palettes from JUVIA'S PLACE, only received one, I contacted them via email over a week ago with picture proof they asked for(now those emails have suddenly disappeared. Coincidence? doubtful. They have basically stolen from me by not sending me what I paid for! I only got half of my order and they left out the more expensive palette, once again probably not a coincidence.

I placed a order on December 22nd 2018 order# [redacted] and still haven’t received my order and when I continue to track the package it hasn’t been updated and saying we received your order and getting it ready to ship. I would like to know why haven’t I received my package yet and it’s almost a month later.

I placed an order with this company December 19th I have yet to receive it and its now December 29thIve placed numerous emails with them stating my tracking number says that the USPS was awaiting the item for shipmentThey never sent my item to USPSThis company took my money and will not deliver my merchandise to meI was lied to and told a new order was going to be shipped to me and it never wasI had to call the USPS headquarters and they told me my label was printed but the package never arrived to them for shipment, hence why my tracking number isn't workingI have my tracking number as proofIt has been two weeks since I placed an orderThey try to hide the complaints about their business but there are plentyI saved all my emails from this fraudulent companyThey will not ship my item to meI have begged and ask respectfullyThey stole my hard earned moneyPlease look into this company and resolve my problem

I placed a order on November for some eyeshadows I was charged and I waited for the processMy order said it had some issues with the shipping so I contacted them asking what was wrong with my order they said I had provided them with my wrong address I went back to double sure and I hadn’t given them my correct addressThey said they’ll send it back but till this day I haven’t received my product nor my refundI’ve contacted there coustomer service but they never replay back to me

I recently purchased an item from this place online days later got an email saying that it had been deliveredI went to my porch to get the package and it wasn't there so I looked on front porch of the 1st floor and it wasn't there so email coustomer service and let them know and they basically said it wasn't there problem because it had been shipped and arrived at the wrong door I might add I had left them specific instructions for them to leave it at the side door inside the hall or on second floor door which is my door after a few attempt at reaching them and getting [redacted] to contact them they emailed me and said to call the Post office and I did before hand and let them know I told them I really don't want to pay for something I never received they should have at least sent another with a signed requirement upon delivery or left it at the post office for all I know it was never delivered

They said they sent my package I didn't receive it *** says it got delivered to another address but that it was a package for that address with the same tracking number I still have yet to get my package

I've done my very first order from Juvia's place on November and it was shipped on the 23rd of November
I was taking care of the track from DHL since then and I've noticed that the track just stopped when my order arrived in Milan, on the 29th of November
Then nothing more, and I'm still "waiting" for my order to get delivered to me
I've contacted the DHL service TWICE, and they told me to give to Juvia's these infos:
since that more than days have passed, Juvia's place has to open a complain with the DHL service ( because only the brand can do it )
So Juvia's Place, as the brand, has simply to to get in touch with DHL and notify this problem and, after that, we would be able to solve together the problem with my order
NO ONE FROM THE CUSTOME SERVICE REPLIED TO MY EMAILS !
I've contacted them TWICE via email, paypal and also Facebook but nothing
Poor poor customer service who can't reach or answer or SOLVE a problem with their clients

I am filing this complaint because I ordered a product on December 14, 2018, with free shipping my product would arrive AFTER Christmas , THEREFORE I opted to PAY FIRST CLASS shipping in order to have gift here by ChristmasTo date I have NOT received the productI am furious, I made several attempts to contact company and there has been no response

I purchased makeup from this company several months ago while I was stationed in ItalyThis would've been the third time I've ordered products from this company with satisfying results until my last orderI ordered two eyeshadow palettes to be sent to the same APO, AE military address I've used with my previous orders with this companyFor some reason, the package didn't make it to my military addressSo my order was sent back to Juvias Place and they kept my money without notifying meWhen I notified the company regarding their error they stated that they will charge me again for shipping and handling to re-send the packageI feel as a courtesy for their error, they should send the package to me at no cost

I have been tracking my package for a week now, and Lucky for me my sister works with the US PSMy back is wet from Secaucus, New Jersey to Kearny, To Belleville, back to Kearny, and now it’s been sitting at Kearny for the past dayMy sister says when it does this, something is wrong with the shipping labelMind you, I’ve ordered from them five times before, and never had a problemThey never answer your emails, their customer service is disgustingI will never order from this company again! This company takes your money, but when you cancel and order, they won't give you your money back
