I ordered from Juvia’s place well over a week agoThey stated on their website it doesn’t take longer than days to shipI contacted them to cancel my order days agoThey never responded, my money is gone, my order still isn’t shipped

I purchased a palette and the palette was never received

I placed an order with Juvias place on 01/11/2017,my order number is *** eyeshadow palettes in this order.These things I'm going to as a gift, and I have the experience of shopping on this site, and every palette package looks perfect, so I don't have any doubts, I did not open the packing to check the inside immediately, and soon I took all the palettes back to my countryA few days ago my friend told me, the palette I gave her was destroyed.After that, I opened all the packaging, check the other palettes ,I was shocked, although the perfect packaging outside, but inside palette is almost all broken, and apparently in the packaging of the goods inside, there are serious broken traces.I immediately wrote an email to contact the site's customer service, hoping to get an explanation and refundBut the bad news is that the site's customer service does not recognize that the products are damaged before they are packaged and shipped.This customer service told me that the deliv

I've ordered on the 18th of August two products from Juvia's Place, which were the "The Saharan Blush Bundle" (order: ***) for $(including shipping) However, I received another product instead: "magic mini palette", which I didn't order
- Wednesday, August (delivery date): I complained about the issue to Juvia's Place
- Thursday, August: They told me that I'll get a full refund, and it could take 3/business days for the refund to be reflected on my bank account
- Wednesday, september: As nothing was done from their part, I asked once again for my refund
- Thursday, september: They told me that my refund was "already next in the queue", but they won't issue a refund for the shipping fee because the shipping fee that I've paid for has been paid to the courier Please note that no such condition appears in their website, nor on the invoice
- Thursday, september: I asked once again for my refund, as there was no trace of refund on my bank

I placed a order on December 22nd order# *** and still haven’t received my order and when I continue to track the package it hasn’t been updated and saying we received your order and getting it ready to shipI would like to know why haven’t I received my package yet and it’s almost a month later

I heard about Juvias Place on Instagram and I wanted to give them a tryI ordered pallets three weeks ago and I have not received themI contacted their customer service and they said they will not help me because the status of the package says deliveredBUT I DO NOT HAVE IT! there items are not that pricey but I ordered three different pallets I should have gotten them by nowTheir customer service offered me no explanation and didn't even try to assist me with figuring out why I haven't received my packageThey just took my money and could care less if they have a satisfied customer or notI will never order from them again

The palettes are amazing

I paid for an eyeshadow palette once my package came in it was filled with two library books one of them was a Spider-Man comic the other one was how to obtain an identity in the US I emailed the company because they don't have a posted phone number they told me to send a picture of the package and what was in the package and then nobody replied so I sent out another email and I put in a *** dispute this company lied to *** *** and said that they wouldn't have sent this and now I can't get the company to respond to me I am sending out my third email to them with pictures of what was in the package as well as the package itself I just want my money back

Merchant sent damaged items and are not responding to e-mails for a resolution (ie replacements/refund)

I ordered two $gift cards in the middle of November but only received the code for one of theseI followed up with customer service, which took a very long time to get back to meThey finally replied but only to say they were reviewing the issueEventually, after not hearing back again, I had to buy my friend another giftI asked Juvia's Place for a refund since I still hadn't received what I bought
It was now into DecemberCustomer Service again took their time replying, but promised a refund that could take up to business daysIt has been nearly a month and I haven't gotten a refund and customer service is again not replyingI don't think I will get my money back, and I have spent months trying to follow up on the problem
