I ordered highlighters from Juvia’s place on September 28, I received a tracking number on October 2, stating that my package should arrive on October 5, On October 5, 2018, I received notification that my package had been returned due to an incorrect addressI emailed Juvia’s place, October 11, 2018, asking if my correct address was printed on the package, which they stated it wasI inquired about the time I should expect to receive my package and the “customer service representative” stated I had to wait until they received my packageI then went to my local postal office on October 12, and they ensured me that Juvia’s Place had indeed received the returned packageI emailed Juvia’s Place again on October 16,asking where was my packageThen again I get some excuse stating I would have to wait until they received my package, which I knew then they had already received itThe representative then asked me would I like the package resent or get a refund

I ordered the masquerade mini pallet the cost was supposed to be I was charged The company refuses to acknowledge its mistake as well as make it rightThe full size masquerade pallet is and the mini is I tried to resolve this with the company but they keep asking me to hold and the live chat keeps disconnectingThis company is not honoring its advertised price on its websiteI ordered pallets and didn't notice until a few days later that I was charged for the full size pallet

I have ordered from Juvias place at least times and have always received my palettes in great shapeOn one occasion I ordered enough to get free shippingthis delivery took much longer than my other ordersWhen I used the free shipping it took almost weeks to get to meEvery other time that I have paid for the cheapest option my order has gotten to me in less than a weekI would advise to not use the free shipping option and instead pay for the cheapest option you canA different carrier is used and it definitely is worth it to pay that little bitGreat quality products

Order was placed on 3/25/Policy is that funds will not be deducted from the account until items are shippedMoney was taken from my account 3/26/Items have not shippedContacted seller today via e-mail and issue was not resolvedSeller responded with the same information that I sent to themI reached out to the seller on 3/29/and again on 4/2/Products was still not shipped I requested a refund and was told that because a label was already created, the order could not be cancelledA label should not stop a refund request if the item has not shippedI've tried to settle this issue with the seller without resolution

I recently purchased an item from this place online days later got an email saying that it had been deliveredI went to my porch to get the package and it wasn't there so I looked on front porch of the 1st floor and it wasn't there so email coustomer service and let them know and they basically said it wasn't there problem because it had been shipped and arrived at the wrong door I might add I had left them specific instructions for them to leave it at the side door inside the hall or on second floor door which is my door after a few attempt at reaching them and getting *** to contact them they emailed me and said to call the Post office and I did before hand and let them know I told them I really don't want to pay for something I never received they should have at least sent another with a signed requirement upon delivery or left it at the post office for all I know it was never delivered

I ordered two make up palettes from JUVIA'S PLACE, only received one, I contacted them via email over a week ago with picture proof they asked for(now those emails have suddenly disappearedCoincidence? doubtfulThey have basically stolen from me by not sending me what I paid for! I only got half of my order and they left out the more expensive palette, once again probably not a coincidence

I'm writing because of an online order I placed with Juvia's Place on July 26th of this year which arrived to me damagedUpon receiving a damaged blush palette I took pictures of it & immediately emailed their customer service hoping to get a replacement shippedIn the time being I've gotten less than helpful responses that are either rude or roboticThey no longer even acknowledge the original order requestPlease advise
