I placed an order with Juvias Place and input my CORRECT mailing informationJuvias Place mailed out my product with the wrong information and customer service responded by telling me I have to wait for the package to return and pay for the shipping cost AGAIN! Why do I need to pay for shipping when the company made the error? This company has poor customer service

I have placed an order at this company for a Makeup kit on November 21, the product was to be delivered on November 24, The package never came in fact it has still yet to come and its now November 29th I tried to reach out to the company for assistance via their support emailDidn't receive a response for daysSo I took to their social media accounts in attempt to contact them No luck there eitherIt seems many other customers in the comments section of their social media page are complaining of the same issue im havingThis company is not answering emails or assisting in any wayI asked for a refund because I have not received my package and they told me noSo I contacted the shipping company who also could not help meSo I went back to the company and they refuse to helpSo they have my money and yet I have no productTheir customer service is non existent and their responses are not helpful

I placed my on-line order from Juvias Place website on Nov It was paid in full, for products AND delivery cost, via *** on the same dayThey only provide *** as the only option for international shipping to the Philippines My items were worth 22USD, shipping cost was 19.87USD, for *** International economy which should deliver working days after shippingJuvias Plave notified via email on Dec 21, that my parcel was on its way out for deliveryThis is way beyond the day deliverybperiod that I paid forAlso, I was being charged another *** *** ***) for local chargesI sent a complaint to Juvias Place on Dec 21,stating that I refuse to pay that ridiculous amount because I have already paid the shipping fee in full and that Juvias Place should settle the matter with *** since customers have no choice bu to use *** coz that is the delivery partner chosen by their companyI also pointed out that for point to point delivery services, such as

I originally heard about this company from a *** *** ***I decided to try their productI ordered two eye palettes on November 14th & received shipping confirmation on November 16thAfter several days passed & I saw no movement with the shipper, I reached out to Juvia's Place on November 27thI received a response from a representative named Daphney & she stated that I needed to address the issue with the shipperI spoke to a rep at *** and she confirmed that "because the package hasn't shown any update in business days, it's most likely lost"They recommended that I speak with the shipping companyI emailed again on November 28th and Daphney told me that I needed to file a claim with ***However, I spoke with *** and they told me that because of the shipping method used, only Juvias Place could file the claimI reached out to Juvias Place to have the claimed completed andI never received a responseI emailed again & yet again, but stillnothingI visited their *** * *** pages - asking for assistance & instead of a response? I was BLOCKEDI am a first time buyer & I had been more than willing to have another shipment sent outI only wanted the items that I'd paid forBecause they cut off all forms of communication, I had to file a dispute with my bankSave yourself the headacheDo NOT do business with Juvias Place

I ordered a makeup pallet from Juvia's Place; I had been told by friends that this company was fantastic, but I was extremely disappointedAfter I ordered my product, I was excited to receive itHowever, it never arrivedWhen I reached out to Customer Support, they were very rudeNot only did they continue to close the ticket each time I inquired about the issue, but I was told that they could not helpPeople (and companies) make mistakes, but the fact that they were so unwilling to help me just proves that they only care about the money they are raking in and not their customers satisfaction

I canceled an order that I had place On the day of the cancellation, I was told I would get a refund in 3-business days After that time had lapsed, I contacted the company again I was then assured that my refund had been sent to a manager and it has been expedited After approximately days I contacted the company yet again and I was assured I would get my refund by the end of last week To date I have not received my refund I contacted the company this morning and was told "the manager is very busy and I'll get it" I have not received my refund
