I ordered eyeshadow palettes from juvia’s place on 11/26/it’s now 12/13/and I didn’t receive my packageI emailed them my problem and they told me they can’t help me because when they track the package it says I received it but I didn’t receive the package

I’ve ordered several product’s from the company they were shipped individual all but one package was returned to Juvia’s place saying undelivered Juvia’s place wanted me to pay for shipping again to send the package back out and I refused to I requested a refund my original debit card that I used was hacked so I shut the account down and opened another account there saying they can only refund to the original card or a *** account so I gave them my *** information but I’m still being told how sorry they are and have not received my refund it’s been almost two months of back and fourth emails with them they have the product and my money I just want a refund

I ordered some items from this company and they were never delivered to me when I contacted the company they said my address was undeliverable and said that I would have to pay for shipping again I let them know that I would like to cancel the order and I would like my refund back, it has been over a month since I ordered the items and I still have not received my money back when I contacted customer service to ask them to explain to me they only reply in the phrase your complaint is being processedWhen I saw the other complaints of this same exact issue I think the whole ordeal is a scam and they never intend to give me my money back nor did they ever intend to deliver the items to me

Placed an order on the 16th of November and received another email on the 21st that my items were being shipped, since that date the tracking information that I received has not changed all that it indicates is that the shipping label was createdI have contacted the company countless of times and all I have gotten back from them is either automated responses or being told that an investigation is being done but nothing happensThe days go by and nothing, so I don't believe it true that an investigation is being doneI think they just want to keep pushing it until they can get away with not sending me the items again or giving me my money back

Juvia's Place sent an email on 06/19/advertising Free 3PCS Brush Set with PaletteI placed an order on 06/20/for The Saharan II Eyeshadow PaletteI received a confirmation/shipment notification on 06/20/On 06/21/I emailed Customer Support because the shipment notice only showed the paletteMaureen Lresponded that I would have needed to place, the 3PCS, in my cart with the palette, in order to receive the item FREEI pointed out that those were not the instructions either on the website or the email and requested a refundMaureen Lresponded that since the shipment had already left they could not process a refundShe later stated that she had escalated, and per her Marketing Dept, they no longer had any supplies of the 3PCS
I questioned that too because as of this email, 06/21/@ 2:PM EST, the promotion is still showing as a banner on their website and I can place the 3PCS in the cart to purchase
