Customer was contacted and an agreeable solution was pursued

customer's unit has been replaced

We spoke with ** *** and have agreed on a solution to this issue

we have contacted ** *** and expect resolution to his issue shortly

at present, *** *** has no record of tool(s) dropped off for repair from this customer at any of their storesOnce tool(s) are submitted for repair, we will help to expedite

After emailing a copy of receipt yesterday, customer's account was updated to LSA

we have resolved ** *** issue and are attempting to contact him

we've tried calling ** *** multiple times without successWe emailed him last ThuWe will update once we have made contact

customer signed paperwork with service center stating he would be responsible for any non-warranty related work required once unit was inspectedASC found old fuel in unit and was required to clean fuel system including fuel lines, diaphragm and carb gasket, which is outside the scope of
warranty.We have contacted the customer and are working with him to resolve the issue

The STOK Island grill was discontinued in 2013 and, although we attempt to keep a supply of spare parts for several years, the heat tent this customer requested was out of...

stock.  I did happen to find this part at another location and currently making arrangements to send this part to the customer at no charge.

we're refunding [redacted] the expense of the repair

we have worked with [redacted] to resolve this issue

Very happy with the resolution and will continue to be a [redacted] customer!
