Customer's mower was repaired and returned per service center. We have made multiple attempts to reach the customer to verify his satisfaction but have been unable to make contact thus far.

we're refunding [redacted] for the cost of her unit.

I was ultimately finally contacted by a warranty supervisor and they promptly took care of my warranty status issue.

This product is dangerous to ANYONE who buys it. I am providing PICTURE proof, everytime you press the TRIGGER power button...it expells line. That is dangerous since it does not getcut off , it goes OVER the safety shield. I was using ALL safety instructions. IF the LINE had not come out as much as it did, I would not have gotten CUT on EITHER weed wackers, ONE drew blood and the OTHER left welts.  TTI thinks "oh well you should have done this  you should have done that" when I mentioned well what your saying IS NOT IN THE MANUAL, I got told well you should do it anyway. I do not appreciate the DANGEROUS product TTI seems to feel its OK to have on the shelf and that IM STUCK with since I cant return it.AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE PICTURES...THE LINE IS OUT FARTHER THEN IT SHOULD BE COMPARED TO THE PICTURE ON THE BOX.. AND THE 4TH PICTURE IS THE WELTS AND SCRAPES I RECEIVED USING THIS WEED WACKER...IT IS DANGEROUS AND DEFECTIVE!!!!!!!!! Also there is no way for them to TEST it because [redacted] told me directly that the weed wacker was destroyed as soon as they got it.

Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  The design of the battery charger is such that if a battery is left in the charger after the charge cycle is complete, the battery charge state light stays on and slowly discharges the battery. As a result of the design of the charger the batteries will then discharge to a point where they cannot be recharged. This has caused 3 separate batteries that were working perfectly to become unusable after being left on the charger. I have attached the manual for the [redacted] charger. Page 6 of the manual, right hand column bullets 6 and 7 describes this: "After charging is complete, the green LED will remain on until the battery pack is removed from the charger or charger is disconnected from the power supply. When batteries become fully charged, unplug the charger from the power supply and remove the battery pack." In my view this is poor product design; a charger should not need to be unplugged and it should not drain the battery to the point where the battery can no longer be used when a charging cycle is complete. Thank you for considering my concerns and I look forward to hearing back from you.

We explained to Mr [redacted] that the RIDGID LSA is only valid for products sold through approved retailers. His kit was purchased through a non-approved retailer on [redacted].We worked with Mr [redacted] to reach an agreeable solution.

Ryobi Products are warranted only when sold through an approved retailer. The customer refused to provide the name of the seller she purchased from on [redacted], therefore, we cannot consider her item for warranty coverage.

We contacted the customer and came to an agreeable solution

we have tried to contact the customer multiple times without success, and we have not heard back after leaving voice mails. We will continue to make attempts at contacting and resolving customer's issue.
