I ordered one of their basic packages consisting of meals and the accompanying snacksThe food arrived and it was not properly package during shipping and it was not frozenAnd about half of them were not sealed food itemsWhen I called the company they told me they were fine but to put them in a Ziploc bag and refreeze themI tried to explain to them that that's not appropriate and asked to speak to a supervisorI was told there was not one available at the moment and one would call me back in a couple daysAfter not hearing from anyone, I called the company back againThis time I called and they said oh you already spoke to supervisor, The rep you spoke to last time was a supervisor, there's nothing we can do for youI offered multiple times to return the food so that they would know that I was not consuming it I offered to send pictures and they were not interested in any of it They did not offer to replace any of it either I called back to other times and try t
We use A + Pest Control for our home exterminating and also removal of an unwanted guest in the attic They do a great job Was just treated by Geoff Btoday and we are very happy

The Field Technician Trey *** is excellent at customer service, well knowledable about his trade and honest He was able to confidently provide a presentation of additional services that the company provides
We entered into a contract with A plus pest control because of their great reviews on Facebook, unfortunately the service we have received has been awfulWe agreed upon a discounted monthly rate of $dollars normaly it’s $but we got a lower rate because they did not show up on our first visit and had no record of usAfter showing them proof through emails they finally cameWe became nervous of their quality of work when woman showed up smelling of strong smoke and went around our house quickly with the sprayThey did not perform an inspectionThe next service date they came by our house with no notice and only sprayed the outside and left a bill for full with no message on coming back a second time to do the insideWe called and complained and they promised it wouldn’t happen again and would only come on weekends when we are homeSo in December we received an automated call on Sunday night that they were coming on Monday to spray when we wouldn’t be homeMy husband ca

Colt came to our home on 7-25-to do a re-treatment for cicada killer wasps and their nests, which can be difficult to control Thanks to him, we are now free of these wasps and are very appreciative of his excellent service!
Shelly *** came out this time to spray our houseShe explained things we could do to keep scorpions out of our home and our different treatment optionsShe spent adequate time at our house, and really did a great jobI was exceptionally pleased with her, and have requested that she become our regular tech and service our home alwaysA+ has always done a great job, but I really feel like today was the first time we got everything we pay forThanks Shelly!!
We have used A+ for at least years now and they are fantastic! We live in a rural area with lots of bugs and pests and have rarely had a bug make it across the threshold Will always come back between treatments if anything is found and there is never an extra charge! They were very helpful and called when they came to treat during our vacation and could not get in the backyard They promptly scheduled a new appt and when the tech Lee came out he was very thorough and listened to/retreated anything we needed Also he was very nice with my dog who acts tough and my kids who talk non stop!! Thanks A+!!
