I am an year old senior who recently ordered from Silver Cuisine by BistroMDAlthough the ordering and shipping arrangements on my first order were a fiasco, everything worked out well and the food was goodI looked forward to my evening meal, so no complaints thereWhat happened with my 2nd shipment was unacceptableAlthough the order came a day late (days total), I was pleased when it arrivedWhen my daughter opened the box, she found that the dry ice bag had opened and contaminated the meals - there was dry ice everywhere!! One meal tray had broken and exposed the meal, and all of the remaining meals had dry ice on themNeither of us felt that these meals were safe to eat, and my daughter was fortunate that she did not burn herself in the processMy daughter called customer service fully expecting either a refund or re-shipment of the order at no additional costWe got neither!! The agent "checked with a dietician who said the meals (with the exception of one) were safe

We always have wonderful service from A+ Pest Control Mark, our technician, went above and beyond to help us with a critter problem They are reasonably priced and always professional!

We have used A+ Pest Control for years, since moving into our new home They have always been respectful, friendly and prompt in responding to our requests and answering questions Our current Tech, Mark, is a delight to work with We highly recommend them

I joined the company and it's my 2nd week It's amazing how bad the service is Online Chat, Phone Conversations, Email, extremely poor Experience VERY late shipments where I had to go off the plan because of they made a mistake, also includes, double talk, lies, hangups, disconnects, ask one question and they ignore is with another answer that's "related" You name it All this experience with no offers to fix it, no apologies, nothing Just left in the lurch If you need to lose weight, sure, try them out Don't expect anything from them from a customer service perspective

Used A+ for the firs time this morning Tyler Arney the tech was fantastic Very courteous and conscientious of my time since it was a before work appointmentI will definitely be an ongoing customer! Very impressed

Garett Wilcox came and did an attic service today after we saw some un-friendly spiders in our house after a recent regular serviceHe was fast, friendly and very polite! Took care of the attic, house and outside super fast and made sure I knew what I needed to do to keep my family and pets safe from the "super killer" he put in the attic

We have used A+ for about or years and have had great service overallAfter a problem with another technician, Colt did our service todayHe was extremely thorough and listened to my concernsWe were very pleased with his work

I ordered a diabetic meal for week of March 8th for my sister, *** *** on March 4th, received an order confirmation on March 4th and received the food on March 9th On March 10th I logged in to their system and skipped meals for remainder of March and April In my profile they show that the meals for week of March 14th is on hold call customer service On March 16th, they made a pending transaction of $to my account, the transaction expired on March 20th On March 21st, *** *** called to asked some questions about certain foods was told the shipment had not been skipped as I told her I had done and the food was already prepared and would ship on TuesdayOn March 23rd, I called to let them know that I had skipped all shipments through April but they said when I logged on March 10th I did not make any changes which could not be true since they showed the week of March 14th was on hold That hold was placed because of the changes I made I was told it was too la

Tyler ***, was an awesome tech he met beyond my expectationsI only want him to come do my services for both my properties from here on out

Summary: Doesn't hold to promises
After selling me on a very expensive job -- over grand, I allowed A+ Pest Control to do the job based on one promise they made me: that they would allow me to pay within days without charge or interestNow that the job is over, they call every single week asking when I'm going to payThey have also charged interest on the 'unpaid balance'
The first time I explained the situation and asked to be contacted by my sales rep, who said, "They just didn't read the notesI'll make sure they read them.'
Next contact, a week later, was by a manager; obviously this has been 'escalated'When I asked him if it said anything in the notes about our agreement, he said he couldn't find anything
Who do I believe, the sales rep or the business manager? Well, what the sales rep agreed to is has to be honored by the businessBut that doesn't stop them from harassing me for three weeks straight, even after assurances from the sales rep that he/she would take care of it
