We have used this company for years for pest control and have always been happy with their service, until nowIf they put little green monitoring stations around your yard to “monitor” for termites that doesn’t mean they are actually checking your grounds to make sure you don’t have themIt took us selling the house and getting a termite inspection done by another company to find the termites and the $damages they’ve caused for treatmentMake sure you know what you are getting“Monitoring” a potential problem obviously means something different then we thought

We always have wonderful service from A+ Pest Control Mark, our technician, went above and beyond to help us with a critter problem They are reasonably priced and always professional!
I signed up for a one week order on 2/and was charged $for an order that is set to be delivered Monday, March 6thToday, without any type of communication, I was charged an additional $At this point, I want all orders cancelled and my money back
I placed an order, that I read as advertised that it was a month subscription of approx$I went and applied my CC infoCompany went and charged over $in a matter of days to my accountI received an order, fine, Then another orderWhich I had to cancel the shipping via *** or ***I called them about the ad, and told them that they did not disclose the info properly and made it very confusing what the charges wereI even said I understand I need to pay for the order I receivedAnd I canceled the order via Chat on the siteThe NEXT DAY I received the NEXT order, which I rejected because I canceled my subscription the night beforeNow they will not provide me with a refund of my last payment or moreI am very upset with the lying and ad of this company and they are scamming people out of their hard working moneyI don't feel that legally I am responsible for that final payment of $at least
I called and specifically asked for roaches be killed in my houseThey tried to sell me on their all encoumpsing program for more money's, but I declined their offer Twice A date was set, in which I had plenty of time, to remove my dogs, cat, birds and fish, from the kitchen area and home, for the service Man to do the work Both times the service men tried to sell me on more services, yet I declinedI paid for these services as soon as they completed their work I was on a “every month” schedule they recommended, yet I had to be very specific to have the time to get ready! Then while I was in the hospital and couldn’t be reached, they say, they sent someone to spray the outside of my home! First of all I have several signs stating, “no trespassing” and second I never authorized this as my animals water is outside and didn’t even realize that they were there until I received a bill! I called to resolve this and was told I had only the roach program, yet twice service
Mark *** did an outstanding job on our house on 4/4/He was very courteous and professionalHe sprayed my entire house inside and out and sprayed all around my yard and also spread mosquito repellent on my entire yardHe also replaced termite monitors and closed and locked the gates to our back yard where our dogs go
We have been using them for years Bugs are kept in check If we ever have a problem they will quickly come and re-spray Technicians are are always polite and helpful Brighman was the most recent and did a great job
We use A + Pest Control for our home exterminating and also removal of an unwanted guest in the attic They do a great job Was just treated by Geoff Btoday and we are very happy
Colt came to our home on 7-25-to do a re-treatment for cicada killer wasps and their nests, which can be difficult to control Thanks to him, we are now free of these wasps and are very appreciative of his excellent service!
