I discovered Bistro MD after researching Day Diet meal delivery programsIn almost every google result, Bistro MD is the default service for this very specific dietI noticed the first day into the diet that the items in the meals were not allowed on the strict Day Diet programAfter trying to reach customer service for days, I was finally told that they only offer plans for the last (of the total) phases of the diet programThe fact that their website offers little to no information is by designIt was only after speaking with customer service, and their subsequent detailed navigation of multiple sub-menus, did I realize that they do not adhere to the first two phases of the diet planBuyers beware

Then while I was in the hospital and couldn’t be reached, they say, they sent someone to spray the outside of my home! First of all I have several signs stating, “no trespassing” and second I never authorized this as my animals water is outside and didn’t even realize that they were there until I received a bill! I called to resolve this and was told I had only the roach program, yet twice service
Ragnar may be the most thorough technician I've had from A+ He was training someone and was very exact in what he did and how he explained it to the trainee He did a more thorough job outside than I've ever had

Very disappointed in this serviceWhen I ordered my program it said my delivery day was January 2ndI never got my orderWhen I chatted with one of their reps they told me that I wouldn't get my shipment until between Wednesday 1/and Saturday 1/They couldn't say when, but yet they want me to place my next order by Sunday 1/when I may not even get to try the program until saturdayI tried to look up the delivery I was going to get between the 4th and the 7th and there is not way for my to look at itAccording to the online rep the first menu I approved would be the one delivered to me at the end of the week, but the new menu is the only one I can access and it is for the week of the 9th I contacted customer support online again and they ended the chat on meI tried calling times during their business hours and no answer anytime even though I was just chatting with someone onlineI am so angry and terrible disappointed about this program and their customer suppor
