Summary: Doesn't hold to promises
After selling me on a very expensive job -- over grand, I allowed A+ Pest Control to do the job based on one promise they made me: that they would allow me to pay within days without charge or interestNow that the job is over, they call every single week asking when I'm going to payThey have also charged interest on the 'unpaid balance'
The first time I explained the situation and asked to be contacted by my sales rep, who said, "They just didn't read the notesI'll make sure they read them.'
Next contact, a week later, was by a manager; obviously this has been 'escalated'When I asked him if it said anything in the notes about our agreement, he said he couldn't find anything
Who do I believe, the sales rep or the business manager? Well, what the sales rep agreed to is has to be honored by the businessBut that doesn't stop them from harassing me for three weeks straight, even after assurances from the sales rep that he/she would take care of it

I am having delivery issues with BistroMDThe company has been insisting on sending temperature sensitive products over the weekendWhen I first enrolled to this program, I had to contact the company for specific time of deliveryWhen I learned it would be the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, I immediately contacted customer serviceMy e-mail correspondences were really fruitless (all in my records); so I had to call the customer service and made sure it should not be delivered on weekendsAfter a long conversation, they arranged it so that delivery was a FridayThen I send an e-mail, just for my records, suggesting that especially Summer time, there should not be any weekend deliverisThis happened back in MaySince I had one of the most unpleasent customer service experiences, I put all the following deliveris on holdThis morning (7/21/206), I received an e-mail from Fedex with a tracking number, stating a Saturday delivery, which I will not be homeAppa

Used A+ for the firs time this morning Tyler Arney the tech was fantastic Very courteous and conscientious of my time since it was a before work appointmentI will definitely be an ongoing customer! Very impressed

Mark came out today to put mouse bait in my garage He was very prompt and called me hours ahead to tell me when he would arrive He was very personable and gave me some good advice

My experience with A+ Peast Control has been great so farThe tech Ammon was extremely helpful and professionalIn fact, I've always had very friendly techsThe phone staff needs additional training in customer serviceThere are only a few, I believe Alexis or Alyssa is one of them, that have been very nice and helpfulOtherwise, the others are almost rude

6/23/17- James sprayed yard, front and back and around house, very polite and fast

A+ Pest Control has provided us service from day one, ever since we moved into our new home about three years agoWe are discontinuing the local service now only because we are selling our home and moving out of stateService has been outstanding and we have been very happyWe especially want to pay tribute to Stephen, who obviously takes pride in his work by always providing exceptional service!

Our technician Mark did a great job at our residenceHe was very polite and I will be using A+ again soon

Shane and Christie were just at my house and Christie caught a live mouse behind my refrigerator(bless her sweet heart!) and Shane brought me out to see what a field mouse looks like as there was one eating out of the big trap out side my fence that he had gone out to rebait Both were very helpful, informative and friendly!

We have used A+ for at least years now and they are fantastic! We live in a rural area with lots of bugs and pests and have rarely had a bug make it across the threshold Will always come back between treatments if anything is found and there is never an extra charge! They were very helpful and called when they came to treat during our vacation and could not get in the backyard They promptly scheduled a new appt and when the tech Lee came out he was very thorough and listened to/retreated anything we needed Also he was very nice with my dog who acts tough and my kids who talk non stop!! Thanks A+!!

A+ plus is a great companyThey have a great tech named Kyle who does my servicesHe is always early for the servicesHe always explains his services He takes his time doing the services and then takes time to go over what he did during the servicesWe live in the countryWhen we started using A+ we had mice and snake problemsThey have gotten that under control for usI highly recommend A+ to anyone and definitely recommend Kyle as a tech

We have used this company for years for pest control and have always been happy with their service, until nowIf they put little green monitoring stations around your yard to “monitor” for termites that doesn’t mean they are actually checking your grounds to make sure you don’t have themIt took us selling the house and getting a termite inspection done by another company to find the termites and the $damages they’ve caused for treatmentMake sure you know what you are getting“Monitoring” a potential problem obviously means something different then we thought

This company is the worstI placed the order and was supposed to be able to modify the menuIt wouldn't allow me to modify it until hours later and then it defaulted to whatever the default menu was so the food I received was all wrongThen their system told me it would arrive on Tuesday, 11/and it apparently arrived the Friday beforeI live in an apartment building so I didn't look for it on Friday and by the time I received it, the food was completely spoiledThey then had the gall to speak to me like I was a criminal because of their screw upDo not use this serviceIt's a total rip off

Zach Mperformed our regularly scheduled pest control service yesterday and did an outstanding jobWe've been with A+ for four years, and look forward to many more

I have used A+ Pest Control for four years! I love them If I ever have an issue they come back quickly and take care of my issue! My techs Tyler and Joe are extremely professional and go beyond their duty I appreciate the time and care they take

I booked a service for this company to come spray for bugs on 6/8/I called them after seeing a promotion on their website that stated you could get $off your service if you mentioned the adI called and spoke with a female employee, who confirmed that I could get $off, and also an additional $off if I placed my credit card on file with themI agreed, and booked the serviceThe technician came out on 6/8/and did the job, with no issuesI assumed this was the end of my business with this company, until I received an email on 8/1/telling me that a technician was scheduled to come to my house on 8/2/to spray the exteriorGiven that I hadn't scheduled any further services, I called the companyI spoke with another female, who was rather rude and unhelpfulShe told me that by booking the first service, I had "entered into a contract" for one year of bimonthly servicesI told her that it is not possible to enforce a contract without notifying me of said contract
