company offered unlimited data.
halfway through the prepaid billing cycle, the company dropped the unlimited data, added a cap and lowered speeds.

I am  just like  other customers , Karma  claims  they refund the money  and  we never see it. I guess I join  the lawsuit  being  setup   by  state new york Revdex.com:

 By forcing me to put a payment on file for an automatic charge, that constitutes a contract. At this point in time, you, Karma, are n breach of contract. Therefore the resolution is to adhere to the agreed upon contract for a minimum of 6 months of time.

 The business acknowledges they owe me my refund for over 2 months yet can't find time to actually make the refund.. I keep getting the excuse that I am still in line and that they will process my refund when they have the funds ... they have had my money now for over 6 months... they just need to refund my $639 at best or $489 at worst ... They kept charging me after I informed them I did not agree to changing the terms of my PREPAID year worth of unlimited service and should have refunded me at that point in December of 2015

Company has been selling a product which doesn't exist as yet. Collects the money, has been delaying release since Dec. 2014, raises the price of the item from 100-150. Advertises like crazy selling more products which they can't deliver. Customers who cancel would need to buy their product (if it is completed) at a higher price so many hold out hoping it will come to fruition, meantime president of company releases monthly updates holding a carrot for completion that month...now doing weekly updates promising more of same, stopped responding on blog site.....
Wasn't [redacted] arrested for a scheme like this? Bigger bucks but still manipulating people and money. My advice to anyone considering buying anything from Karma is don't until they actually have a product to sell!
