If for some reason you aren't happy with your Karma Go, you can return it to us within days for a full refund on the hardwareWe've extended that time period to allow those who wanted to return their device because of the changes to Neverstop.Service refunds
depend on your account typeOn Refuel, you'll get a refund for any data left unusedWith Pulse, you'll be refunded for the device only since your service has already been used.You can learn more about our return policy here.

I have been told since December 2015, that a refund takes only to weeks and once the company finally sent me a return label and RMA #, I used their shipping information and have a receipt showing the device was received on 3/**/I have attached the relevant documents and now that it is weeks later and I still don't have a refund, it's time the company finally makes good on actually refunding the full amount owed to me. If you go to the karma *** page, you'll see there are countless others who are also still waiting for company to do the right thing

I got the basic same information from them on 3-**-16, and there has still not been a credit back to my account for the $189, and they have been telling me the very same thing ever since they received my returned unused/unopened unit on 3-*-16, which has been weeks now So no, this does not resolve my complaint at all

They lie about their Neverstop plan and change in week on the plan and add data cap when they told use they never put a data cap and throttle or speed
