to keep the process as fair and as equal as possible (albeit lengthy) a process for everyoneWhile this is by no means an ideal scenario, we're working daily to process as many returns and their respective refunds as possible, but have to work with the resources available to us. While it is taking much longer than even any of us ever anticipated, we are working through it, and you will get your refundBased on the date your return was checked in at our fulfillment center, April ***Since we're still working through returns received in the month of March, it'll still be a little while before your refund is on the way (8-weeks). Hi ***,Thanks for following up.As stated previously-- for your first month of service, you received Neverstop as it was originally advertised, unlimited for the entire monthYou are now mentioning unusable speeds 90% of the time, but any communication from you during that period was strictly praise for the Neverstop service, and not a single complain about speed (or anything else)The following month you received Neverstop as originally advertised for the first two weeks of service, at which point it was changed to include a 15GB high-speed data capRegardless of how much data you had already used for that month, we reset your usage to 0GBAt that time you (and everyone else) were offered a full refund which would have included that month of service had you not used itUnder the new plan, you continued to use the service until hitting the 15GB cap before opting to return the device. Again, the service was used in full for the first month of service with unlimited data, and used in full under both versions of the plan for the second month making them ineligible for return. When your refund is processed, it will include the full price paid for the Karma Go unit, as well as the third (unused) prepaid month of service originally purchased.Feel free to reach out to me directly at *** (ATTN: ***).Best,

If the product was received back in the warehouse on April * and we are being told that our refund will be an additional to weeks from now, that makes the return policy four to five months. That is unacceptable, there is no excuse no matter how overloaded with returns that someone might be that it takes months for a return. If that is the case then this company needs to review their policiesI live in an area with no high speed internet and this would be a great option for those living in the area of the new towers. We will never in the future buy this product even though it could be an option as more cell towers are being put up in my area and I will tell everyone I know not purchase this product as their return policy is terrible.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved However, they said that until the device (which I purchased)
returned to their warehouse, their system continues to bill customers I would like my complaint to be listed to warn and help protect others There is no obligation to return the device if service is cancelled, yet they are essentially requiring customers to keep paying for unused service

I have received communication from Karma that they will refund the price of the device which I have returned, but not the full purchase price, which included month of unlimited data However, on January *** they charged my account for another month of unlimited data Januar* *** they sent the email that, so sorry, unlimited has a limit of GB, but once reached you will still be able to do email etc at slower speeds The slower speeds wouldn't even download an email with no content except "test"In the subject I expect the $I paid for the device and the $I paid for another month of unlimited data I did not receive.I have not yet received any refund at all
