I have heard back from the DR escalation team, they replied: I apologize for the wait on thisWe received a phone call from a bank representative yesterday (6/28) on behalf of the customer's accountShe (her name was *** in case the customer asks) stated that the chargeback dispute was closed with *** and we could proceed with the refund on our endI just put it through right now.I will keep an eye on it and if the refund fails again, I will personally get a refund check mailed out to the customer tomorrow I will keep you updated on this to make sure the refund is sentThank you

We apologize for the auto charge and will have a supervisor contact the customer and the order processing company

We have replaced the customers code for free, customer should reach out to our supervisor if there were any issues with the new code

I was contacted by Kaspersky Customer Support. They cancelled my refund, which I have confirmed through their web portal. They also issued me a refund, which I successfully received. I still do not approve of their subscription renewal
practices, but I am satisfied by the customer service response. You may consider this matter closed

The original order confirmation email to the customer explained it was on auto renewal and that it could be cancelled anytimeThis was sent on 1/29/2016. The email read: Thank you for choosing the Auto-Renewal Plan As a reminder, you have expressly authorized and permitted *** *** to automatically renew your purchased license or subscription for successive renewal terms at the then-current license/subscription price (plus taxes and fees, less any applicable discounts) using your provided payment information, until you cancel. We'll send you an email reminder in advance of each renewal (which will include the renewal license price) so you are not caught off guard. The then-current *** *** Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy will apply to each renewal transaction. You may cancel your auto-renewal plan at any time by logging into your order (login information is included above), selecting your product, and selecting the option to disable automatic renewal. The User Subscription Stop Auto Renewal Confirmation Notification was not sent until 1/30/

(Kaspersky - *** *** ***)The (second file attachment for scan004.jpg) is a copy of the (Kaspersky Product Activation Code) and my (*** Receipt in the amount of $on 4/17/2015) where I bought the (Kaspersky Anti-Virus Software) from the salesperson his name is (*** who works in the *** Electronics Department).
