[Kaspersky originally agreed to refund us more than that and then changed their minds to a lesser amountNothing in regards to endpoint was brought up because the main focus at that time was encryption but their endpoint solution is not working either.]

I don't understand this at all. I told you in the letter I am disabled and can only do regular e-mails.Money is not a problem but I will have to write checks and not pay on the internet. I cannot do calls. Only straight e-mails.Have someone send me a regular e-mail is large print.You are required by law to make accommodations for the disabled

A manager did reply to the customer and provided a new year Total Security code and trouble shooting steps to improve the speedWe are currently still assisting customer with new issue that presented itself after the upgrade

Could you please be more specific and let me know what terms of the rebate your company feels I have violated? They seem to imply that participating in several Kaspersky rebates is a violation of the terms and conditions however, I don’t see anything to reflect this In fact, each of my rebates has been approved by your rebate company so I don’t see how you can invalidate them now after the fact.

In email that I received from the company they promised to comply with my request and send me a check. Unfortunately I still have not received it. Now I have to reject their response and would like to reopen my request.

Customer was notified on 8/25/2016 that a refund was  being processed and standard processing  time is 10- 12 weeks.At this time, Kaspersky considers this case closed.  Thank you, and have a great day.

We checked with our Premium services and they did not find any order,  we think the customer contacted a 3rd party support provider  and recommend that they dispute the charge with their credit card company or [redacted].. In the meantime, we will have a supervisor reach out to the customer to...
