 My case is not resolved. Please do not close it. I have the email from you folks telling me you would keep this case open until I received the refund I was promised by this company. I have not received the refund from this company in fact I have forwarded emails sent from them and they are trying to close my case too. If you are closing that please contact me to open another case against Kaspersky for the same issue.

Here is what I received from Kaspersky.  They are telling you they will refund me but then they email me this:Kaspersky Lab SupportAug 25tomeHello [redacted],Thank you for your response.Hello [redacted]. I appreciate the information you provided. I checked your Activation code and it was purchased from [redacted].Since you purchased through a local vendor or other website, unfortunately due to different legislations and consumer protection laws Kaspersky Support is unable to process a refund for you. We urge you to contact your local dealer to verify their policies to exchange the product or request a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.Please be advised that I will be closing this case to avoid follow-up Emails from our end.Thank you for contacting Kaspersky Lab Technical Support. Due to company policy, we are unable to refund a product past 6 months and your 2014 purchase ran for the full...

year. We can however refund the 2015 renewal. As compensation, we can provide a free Total Security code for this year at no cost if you are still using our product. Let me know if this is acceptable. ( still awaiting reply )

that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I do however take issue with the fact that Kaspersky initially told me to speak to a third party to resolve the situation - it wasn't until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com that Kaspersky took the action to refund my money. Kasperskys resolution process is not up o standard for a global organization - it is very convoluted and fraught with extra steps that a client should never have to go through - its as if Kaspersky wants to make the process of resolving an   issue so frustrating that you will finally just give up and stop persuing it. I no longer trust Kaspersky as a company and I am now engaging other providers to fulfill my needs. Thanks to the Revdex.com for the quick help in getting my issue resolved.
