I filed a previous complain where Kaspersky said they would resolve the issues of my computer lagging when using their program. They have yet to do so or even contact me. The only contact I have had with Kaspersky are ones that I Instigated. I contacted their tech support via email and phone several times and the problem has not been resolved. I was first assigned case #[redacted]. I was able to resolve some, but not all of the problems i.e. MS word stopped working, and informed them of that. I recontacted Kaspersky reference the other problems I was still having and was told my case was resolved and had been closed by them. I informed them I was still having the same lagging issues. Since my old case had been closed by Kaspersky, I needed to start the process over since they could not review the old case [redacted]. I was also told by THEIR tech support that if I continued to have problems, they would take control of my computer remotely and fix the problem free of charge. When they transferred me to that department where I was told it would be a $59 charge. I explained to the call taker I was told that if would be free and she said there was no way to waive the fee. I recontacted tech support who gave me directions/links or what they needed to fix the problems. I attempted to follow the instructions with negative results. I called tech and the call taker talked me through the instructions which were way different than their link instructions. Additionally, some of their links were not operational. This problem has been going on WAY TOO LONG. Kapsersky needs to come up with some type of solution and resolve the issues NOW. Either send me a fix that works or take remote control of my computer.  To fix the problems on my computer that started when I downloaded there software and some type of partial compensation for all the time, problems, effort and headaches that Kaspersky is causing.

They gave me back money that they withdrawn in 2015, but not 2014. I wanted all my money. Regards,

We came to this agreement because they were still using and never had an issue with the endpoint protection. The endpoint was operating and it worked fine on the bulk of their environment aside from a handful of incompatible machines that were only not working due to the...

Encryption.  We advised that encryption is not standalone and a piece within a product. They wanted the Encryption value returned to them so they could purchase an independent encryption tool.  That came to $1800 and this was discussed and agreed upon with the reseller on the line.  Please contact [redacted] at Kaspersky lab to follow up on this request.

never gave Kaspersky my permission, no matter what they show you! It's a lie! they tried to steal my money three times without my permission!

They did upgrade the product. Thank you for that. I am still experiencing performance problems when the software is activated> Additionally, I also am unable to access the computer via my network. Kaspersky is aware of the problem but as of now, I have received no remedy from them. This is the reason I am not accepting their response. I would like to resolve these issues quickly.

Additionally, I see they responded "Again we told her a refund is coming"  Well, I cannot reject it but want to.The reason is that they told me that 9 weeks ago at least and then when I emailed to check why I didnt have it they responded they would not refund me.  I already fwd'd this email to Revdex.com that clearly showed a date after they promised a refund, that they now refused it.  They are not consistent and talk out both sides of their mouth.  I tried to look up my claim online to reject it but couldnt find that on Revdex.com website.  Sorry, I need a touch more assistance here. Regards,

I reject their response to reformat my hard drive and reinstall from a back up. There anti Virus software let 4 viruses on mycomputer. I uninstalled Kaspersky from my computer and tried a trial version for free and the FREE ANTI VIRUS FOUND4 Viruses and deleted them. This ANTI VIRUS WAS FREE. I did not intend to pay more money from Tech Support to helpme remove Viruses that should not of allowed in the first place. $55.00 to be exact when the Free 30 day Trial removed themwhen I installed the Virus Software. I reject their offer to pay more money for tech support. All I want is a full refund on allmy computers from Kaspersky which clearly is not a good ANTI VIRUS. I HAVE INSTALLED KASPERSKY ANTI VIRUSON 4 COMPUTERS. I WILL INSTALL THE TRIAL VERSION WHICH REMOVED 4 VIRUSES ON MY MAIN COMPUTER.THANK YOU IN ADVANCE Revdex.com.

speak to me on the issue They needot have better customer services procedures to stand beding there product  To work better customer relations

from Kaspersky did send  an email October 27 with the promise to expedite the refund. This is not the first promise from this company. In fact this is the third time I have been told something was to be sent. I did reply and would ask the same from the Revdex.com I asked from Kaspersky. Please keep this case open until it is truly resolved. That would be the actual receipt of the promised refund and not the promise.The following reply was sent to [redacted] at Kaspersky. Thank you for your reply. My issue is not yet resolved. I have been told by many from Kaspersky my refund has been sent. The resolution is the actual receipt of the refund, not the promise. Please follow this and keep this case open until I have actually received the refund. This is the third time it has been "sent". Again please keep this case open until receipt of the actual refund. I will forward this to the folks at the Revdex.com.Thank You
