I am being accused of owing $to this companyI am being falsely accused of owing something that I do notI do not know these people and I do not owe this amountI am not understanding as to why I am being billed for a transaction I did not acquireI would like to have it removed from my credit report and file a complaint on this company for trying to destroy my credit

This company showed up on my credit report stating that I opened an account with them I called the company and they state they are trying to collect a debt from years ago, that was paid in October of I called the original lender and have stated that they have not sent any of my information to any collection agency I request that you remove any negative marks regarding this debt you have made to my credit report

This is an account that Deville asset management purchased from Skopos financial,another financial institution , that was deleted from my account as a fraudulent accountDeville asset management illegally reinserted this account onto my Credit fileUnder section of the Fair Credit Reporting Act , this is inaccurate and should be deleted from my credit fileThis account is not verifiable and has not been verified

This debt is posted on my Transunion and Experian credit reports and is owned on by *** Credit CorpThey own the debt and have it reported itDeville does not own this debt and cannot report it as unpaid

*** *** *** placed a collection account on my Transunion credit file on 12/20/I have no contract with this company nor have I ever done business with this companyThis account was sold, The original creditor was *** *** college who is also listed on my Transunion credit file
This account was removed in 11/and reinserted 12/without the proper day notice required by law

I have disputed this account with the company and to also have them send verification of the accountCompany has sent me information but I don't feel as if this is adequate enough of information

I am trying to verify amount of debt and pay it off I cannot get a hold of anybody via the phone contact number I am also trying to get this debt paid in order to get it deleted/removed/resolved from my credit report My research has me believing that the company no longer exists and I don't know how to proceed Any help or guidance in this effort will be greatly appreciated

Never answers the phone and I'm afraid they are an illegal company

I bought a car from a small family dealership and made my payments on time, until my husband had a stroke, which left him blind in one eye, paralyzed and unable to properly communicate I no longer had use for a little seat sports car, so I returned it, in showroom condition, back to the dealership I NEVER heard anything more about the car...but I did find a buyer I sent the buyer to the dealership, but heard nothing Now, today, we are living on a small fixed income and I can hardly make ends meet...so, we first see this company appear on our credit report...we never heard of this company so we contested their entry on our credit report!! Next, we are blindsided by a call from Texas,(we live in Indiana)...this company is going to take my husband to court...in Texas..to get a judgement and come after our bank account, the car we drive (and owe more than it's worth)...and take anything they can get their hands on...without even showing us ANY paperwork to verify the amount they claim we owe!!! I questioned the amount...the car was in showroom condition and we bought it for less then the Blue Book Value!! We returned it years ago, and were never offered any paperwork on what happened to this car...nothing!!...I sent a buyer to the dealership, prepared to pay it off in full!!! After years, they just pop up, making all sorts of threats without offering to provide any financial statements stating what fees are owed...they just pulled an amount out and insisted we make arrangements to pay THEIR AMOUNT!! No way!! If I called anyone, and told them to pay an amount...wouldn't they want to see how they came up with that amount?? I think I am being reasonable to ask how they came up with their figure...why didn't they contact us within a reasonable amount of time....and what interest do they have in this car? The girl told us she was from the courts....and to expect my husband to be going to court over this....in TEXAS??? There is no way possible!! I am so stressed, I am considering borrowing money, not to give to them, but to hire an attorney to take legal action!!! They are unprofessional...they have no verification of this OLD debt...and the girl misrepresented herself to us...and they threatened us!! They are a scam operation, trying to get money from seniors and others!! I believe that car was sold and the finance company got their money!!! I would try look up the buyer I sent over to purchase that car....but after years, it will be difficult I am not sure how I will handle this...but beware of these scammers!!! They go after such old loans which makes it difficult for people to locate the records to prove defend themselves!!!
