They have been taking money out my account for two years now and the balance is incorrect, I should not owe them anything elseThey took money out agon today I have read they are closed down as you can not reach anyone at the companyThat FBi closed them for frauds

We received a phone call about months ago or around them stating that someone was at the court houseGetting ready to file a lawsuit against mefor the sum of $26,n change or I can contact someone at this number *** *** so I called them I started dealing with a lady by the first name Nicole saying she can start up a automatic payments for $every two weeks for the next months until we pay $then it will go down to $every two weeks until we can pay off for a settlement we called them and paid them off $to settle on 9/13/ they said they would email me a letter stating that they would remove it completely off my credit reports and we have not heard anything else from them we called and it says that the number is disconnected .I called and I was told that they were raided and shut down ..please help me know where I need to do to get this situation handled ty

This company placed $on my credit report in July for a *** *** car loan that closed out in I have never received any letters, phone calls or anything about this I also have not changed my address or phone number in years I had to call them to find out what it was so that I could take care of it I have had multiple conversations where they tell me they will mail and email the details so that I can pay it I still have not received anything
Now I get calls asking about payment and then I tell them I still have no documentation of this, to which they say they have to file a report to get it to me via email, which takes days What? And then I never receive it!
I still have NO letter, email or any documentation WHATSOEVER
This has made a huge impact on my credit report and *** *** has no proof of this being outstanding so that I can take care of paying it and getting it off of my report
I want the documentation for what this charge is and wher

I attended a school that close down and they are saying I owe money but the people I originally got the loan from said it should have never been turn over to collectionThen when I call *** they claim it was sent to a partner agency gives me a number to them I call them (unisa) they tell me they dont have it *** have itI call *** back they keep transferring me to a manager thats never there I've left messages and get no respond! They are claming I need to pay them dollars for a school debt that was never paid

They've also told me that the letter is a communication attempt by a debt collector to collect a debt and any information that they receive will be used for that purposeIt also states that I have days to dispute the validity of the debt or they will assume that the debt is valid
I don't know if it is real or if it's a scam from a companyAlso, the account was assigned from *** ***I'm wondering how it's possible for them to get an account from a school that has been closed since March of With that in mind, shouldn't this account be null and void since the school is officially closed
