Never received a notice or statement from this company concerning the collection they placed on my credit report Tried to contact the company and never received a responseAlso, the amount they are reporting is incorrect

This company, DEVILLE ASSET MANAGEMENT keeps reporting this to my credit reports, I had shown prove that this account is not mine's, on 10/28/it was deleted from my credit report than reported again on 11/10/causing damage to my credit report

My credit report says I owe this company $as of October 31, I do not have any debuts from this company and definetly haven't owed anyone a amount of $No one answers when I call to see who, What it why I am owing this amount or why it is on my credit scoreIt goes straight to playing music when I callI would like to take legal action as well as report this to the Revdex.comAfter checking into this company online I have read several statements that this has happend to several other people as wellStating high amounts on their credit reports and it not being true and dropped after dispute.sounds like a scammer to me and I would really like this to be known

DeVille Asset management has utilized methods that violate FDCPA on multiple occasions
They spoof their number so you don't know who is calling
They have threatened that police were going to come arrest me if I didn't cooperate with them immediately
They threatened that I wouldbe served with papers at work if I didn't cooperate
They call at extreme hours if the day (5-AM)
I have sent letters saying that I only wanted to correspond via email or letters because I don't trust doing business with their obviously untrustworthy agents over the phone and they continue to try to conduct business over the phone

I sent the following letter to CFPB to assist me with this matter on 11/2/and they have yet to verify

This company is reporting on my credit reports that I owe them $which I do not I have never done business with this company, have never had a contract with this company and have never heard of this company until I reviewed my credit reportIn addition, I never received any documentation with my signature from this company showing an agreement was made to pay them money prior to this appearing on my credit reports This is a violation of the *** as I was not given an opportunity to dispute this fraudulent debt before it was wrongfully reported

My complaint is in reference to this company notifying me that I owe them money on a loanThey threatened to take me to court, I asked multiple times for them to provide me with documentations on this matterAs of 9/28/I still have not been presented with documentation that I signed for a loan or owe on a loanI spoke with *** from this company months ago she didn't give me a last name and she stated that once I set up a payment arrangement that she would send me documentationI set up the payment arrangement and still no proof yetI tried calling her number back *** phone is disconnectedI got their headquarters number off line that number disconnected alsoI had identity theft In the past and I pray this is not the same case This problem is really messing up my credit score

This debt pop on my credit report, also broke few laws in the process
They didnt notify who they was or what the debt forThe debt was took care of years ago ( nc year law on debt)
On the debt it was for co signed but try to charge me and my girlfriend as individual for 11,(total)

I attended a school that close down and they are saying I owe money but the people I originally got the loan from said it should have never been turn over to collectionThen when I call *** they claim it was sent to a partner agency gives me a number to them I call them (unisa) they tell me they dont have it *** have itI call *** back they keep transferring me to a manager thats never there I've left messages and get no respond! Every day they tell me something different I'm trying to figure out how I owe them and I had financial aid the only money this fraudulent school said I owed was for the loan and per *** *** they said I don't and it should have never been reported to a credit agency! Bottom line I never agreed to any extra fees and this is on my credit
