I ordered a trial and they signed me up for continuing shipments. I do not want anymore and I can't get them to stop.

After ordering their products, I realized that I didn't want them. I sent an email almost immediately asking for a refund. I was contacted by Paul from Customer service asking to give them a chance. After a few more emails, I decided to try them. I contacted them again asking for information on their return process as I was not satisfied with their product and wanted a refund. I sent NUMEROUS emails without any response. I called their office and got a message about COVID 19 being the reason they weren't answering the phone. I have sent more emails and I'm at my wits end. Can you please help?

I purchased Keto NOW at a price of $29.60 each bottle. The ad said that I would buy 3 and get 2 free. I was billed for $205.99. I called them and they said a bottle usually sells for $60.00. When I bought the 5 bundle package, I was supposed to get a $50.00 rebate and each bottle was $29.99, making the cost the same as buying 3 and getting 3 free at regular price. I have contacted them at least 4 times asking for a refund since the advertising was fraudulent. All I received was an extended warranty of 120 days instead of 60 days. I got in contact with them to cancel within the first 3 days.

Order product online and didn't receive a total until I checked NEXT. At which time I was charged $199.99 instead of the 39.99; also by clicking to go back an order was placed for another $80.00. I called right away to say this was a mistake but could never get an answer. I then emailed and received a reply that order couldn't be cancelled but that I could return it once received. I have called multiple times but they are not answering the phone. I've emailed a minimum of four times asking for return information and have not received a reply.

I have tried to reach the Keto Now team several times via the phone but the cust service # I found () says no one is available due to Covid so I emailed the company using the email address they provided on the recording but I've not heard from anyone. I paid this company $199.99 (Reference #***) using a credit card with a refund guarantee, but I'm not able to contact anyone to get an RMA# to get a refund. I do NOT want these pills as they don't work and I do want a full refund. Please help me resolve this complaint.

I ordered the product and immediately I was overcharged more than $200 and then after being overcharged I got charged 80 something dollars for different product I immediately contacted the Support asking for it to be canceled I didn’t get a response until a day later stating that if I wanted a full refund I have to wait for my product to get to me and once it comes to me they will issue me out a return shipping label that I never received after I receive the product I immediately contacted them and I never Heard from them again I never received my refund or being overcharged and I would like my money back because the state if it doesn’t work which it didn’t work 100% moneyback guarantee

I ordered a product and they charged me for product that was not ordered and have not responded to email or phone call. The purchase was only for $80.00 and had a money back guarantee. This was not honored. They charged me an extra $199.99 that was not authorized and they will not respond to get a refund.

Ordered this product 4/27/2020. I tried to cancel the order after the first day, but was told I could not.
I returned the product..and requested my refund, as is stated in their offer. They received the returned merchandise on June 15, 2020. (Within the allotted time) I have tried contacting them several times and get no response. They don’t seem to exist anymore.
Norton Shopping Guarantine Support is also non existent. They gave me info for returning the product.

advertised this website to purchase some keto pills. They claimed on their website that it was the official pills in which they had pictures of *** cast on the website and celebrities as well. I went to purchase the ketobhb advertised for 39.00 and they charged my credit card 199.99 and then 80.00. I saw the incorrect price charged to my credit card and attempted to cancel the product on the same day by calling customer service. I received an answer stating the order could not be cancelled because it had been sent to shipping and I had to wait until I received the shipment to return it.
When I received the package there was not return address to return the order to receive a refund. There were no instructions and just a sheet showing the price of the 4 items, garcinia, 2-tumeric and green coffee cleanse. Nothing showing any instruction on returning the shipment.
I tried reaching out to the company and no answer. I tried emailing them and calling the number provided when I called was told due to COVID19 some customer service Reps were taking calls only by email. I tried reaching out to them by email. No response No reply to my request for refund or return address.

Simple! I bought product that did not work for me. This product had a money back Guarantee. I received a confirmation on providing the refund if I sent the products back which I did at my own expense. Going on two months now and have not received my refund or returned emails from customer support. I just want my refund that had a money back guarantee. Thanks

I am a newly single mother after 20 years of marriage. I saw this add for Keto pills that were suppose to be on Shark Tank and had a 100% money back warranty for 60 days. Its was $199 for a 5 month supply. Being newly single, over weight and a self esteem lower than the dirt, I thought why not give it a try. It was impulsive and stupid. The next day I realize what a stupid irresponsible idea it was since now I'm working as a first responder making minimum wage and need every penny I have. I sent and email stating that I wanted to cancel my order. I begged and pleaded, but they said once it was processed they couldn't do anything about it, but I had the 100% refund that I could use once I recieved the pills. I could let them know, they would give me a number to return them with and then I would recieve my money back. So now I'm waiting for these pills to arrive. It took several weeks and in the meantime there company randomly withdrew $50 from my account. I stopped payment through my bank and was IRATE! It was refunded back to me only because my bank refused to pay it. So I finally recieved the pills, I believe it was the last week in May, I ordered them the middle of April. Then I emailed them that I recieved them. They sent me a RMS ( I think that's what it was called) number. I mailed it back the first week of June with the 5 bottles, the RMS number and my original order number. I then took a picture of the tracking number and emailed it to them. I checked that the package did get delivered to the cute on the date promised, I believe it was June 7th. They sent me an email asking for the tracking number, again. I sent it again. That was around the 16th or 17th of June. I have since emailed over 20-30 times with absolutly no response. I dont understand how people with what seems like good credentials, be able to scam innocent, vulnerable people like myself. I just want my $199 back, please

I’ve been trying to contact them by email and NO response, I’m trying to return un openned bottles . I don’t know where to return them. Don’t work and sorry customers service, there isn’t any. I’ve been scammed

The website was misleading and extra items were erroneously ordered. I immediately emailed them and received an email stating my return window would be 120 days rather than the standard 30 days. Since I have emailed them three times and called. No satisfaction. I want to be credited for the extra pills/ supplements. I will return pills to them.

On 4-30 I ordered the keto now product. Very misleading. I thot I spent $39.00 but after checking my cc I learned I had been charged 4 separate charges. $5.99. $199.99, $$2.40. And $80.00. I imedatly contacted them and got a canned response that the order was all ready processed which was rediculas. Since then I've emailed them at least 10 times, nothing but canned responses. They refuse to send me a RMA #, o ya I did get a 120 extension to the 60 day return. I mean I don't know what to do. I feel like time is running out. I don't know if I should send the product back w/ no RMA # or what. I defently want my money back. How can one human being do this to another?

I ordered this with a money back guarantee. I paid over $300. And I’ve tried numerous times to get in contact with someone to refund my money. This is a scam I lost out on a lot of money

I purchased the product Keto Now BHB April 27, 2020. The order was for 5 bottles for $199.00 with a $50.00 rebate to be included with the purchase of 5 bottles. Once I received the product, it did not come with instructions on how to take/use the product safely or the $50.00 rebate. I was skeptical about the product, but began taking the Keto Now BHB pills. I did not like how they made me feel for 5 days. I then reached out to the customer care of the company. I informed them I did not like the product and wanted to return it. I also let them know I had not received the advertised $50.00 rebate. The $50.00 rebate was automatically returned to my checking account that I purchased the product with after the email communication May 12, 2020.
I had several emails with the customer care department on how to return the product and have my purchase amount refunded to me. I returned the product, following all instructions (this cost me $26.00) given. I received confirmation that the company received their returned product on May 21, 2020. I still have not been refunded my purchase. Today is July 11, 2020.
This company owes me $149.00. I have sent many emails to the customer care department checking the status of my refund. The ;sat response I received was May 28, 2020, telling me it takes time to refund a purchase. I am very upset this is taking so long. I consider this theft. They have their product and my money in their possession. I expect a refund of $149.00 or they return my purchase to me. This is how business works.

I ordered 5 bottles of product from them and there was a 60 day return for full refund. I started requesting a refund a month ago and NO response. The only contact I have with them is via email and they were responding to questions, etc. but now that I’m requesting my full refund and have emailed daily, there is no response. Need a refund

I have asked for a refund for medical reasons. As a result of a recent surgery, I'm still having problems and may face another surgery. I will not be able to consume this product for medical reasons and would like to use my warranty agreement. I have tried to contact this company on at least three (3) occassions and have yet gotten a response

I went online to order a bottle of pills (1) bottle in which I was shipped 5 bottles at with a $199.99 when I looked at my account because I was trying to cancel before the system even tallied the total it was still trying to sell me other products I backed out. so I was thinking. When I called the phone number to cancel , you get a answering machine with a message telling you due COVID-19 social distancing contact them by email in which I did. I also contacted my bank. When the package came it had no packing slip in it The company contacted my bank in time to get my money credited back to them but again not contact me bank as well so the could keep my $199.99 but not me there was no packing slip in the package and the merchandise has been returned. This company makes it extremely difficult to be contacted.
