These people are frauds! Take your money quickly, then promise full refund if not satisfied. I tried to cancel order as thought was only purchasing one bottle, but was charged for 5 bottles at 39.99 each. Emailed them and they told me that couldn't cancel order, but yet was quick to take your money! I have multiple emails trying to contact them for refund, they do not respond. They should be jailed for frauding people out of their money! Never order from them. Crooks!!!

I purchased diet pills from Keto now and I have emailed and called them trying to get information about returning the pills. They have a 60 day customer guarantee if you don’t like the pills you can get a full refund. I have not been emailed back with a return number and when I called the answering system said because of the COVID virus, they didn’t have live people to talk to and to email them. I have sent at least 10 emails with no response. I want my refund and I want to return the pills.

Purchased keto now diet pills in April and from the very start tried to cancel because I was miss lead on the cost and was told it was too late to cancel and to try it for awhile and then return if not satisfied so I returned the pills on may 22 Nd and sent numerous email s and no one will get back to be or give my refund and they habe a 120 day money back guarantee.

I was looking at a website and in order to find out the cost of a supplement, I had to put in my information. I had selected one bottle at $29 dollars and I was then charged two times to my debit card. One for $199.99 and $80. I immediately contacted my bank to put a stop payment on these charges and I was told that it already went through. I contacted the company via email and said to cancel the order immediately and was told I could not cancel the order. I had to wait til I received it and then return it. I did exactly that and returned it to Returns & Receiving ***. I have notification from UPS that the items were received on 5/29/2020 and I have not received a refund. Calls to the number that appears on the charge *** go to a voicemail that says to send an email and that email does not exist. It is undeliverable. I contacted the fulfillment center at the address for the return at *** and left a message requesting a contact for this company. This is a huge scam and I need my money back. What are my recourses?

Scam I ordered and send back and still have no refund after 8 weeks.
I send and send emails but get no respond back about my refund.

I was charged 199.00 and 80.00 by this company for some Keto Now supplements.
Apparently they can just charge my card for some random amount.
I have tried emailing them 3 times only for the email to bounce back to me as undeliverable.

I returned unwanted product which the company received on June 1st at 5:19pm. Since that time I cannot get any replies to emails about the status of the refund of $140 due to me. Phone number was not provided but I did find one linked to the transaction with the help of my financial institution which I called but it is unmanned at this time. The customer support was responding to me up until they received the return, now they do not respond. I am unsure how to make sure I get the refund now. Correspondence said 7-14 days but it has been longer than that.

There is a money back guarantee if you’re not satisfied with the results within 60 days. There is no way to contact keto now to get my refund and the pills don’t do what they claim they do. I want my $200 back

I purchased a trial offer of Keto fit buy 2booles at $38.32 each and get I bottle free. plus free shipping then I get a conformation # *** for $154.94 was supposed to be $76.64 then I get another conformation # *** for $34.98 which I did not order I have called customer service several times they do not answer I have emailed them several times and they do not respond I would never have even spent that kind of money on something I never tried before especially in these hard times just want my money back and have nothing to do with this company again makes me not want o do any shopping online

The product does not work as advertised. They promise weight loss results but I did not experience any weight loss.

as I was ordering on Ketonow website, it showed a few other products to which I clicked NO. When I got to the payment page it showed these other items in my cart. They were in there to stay I could not delete these. I emailed the co. but they said I would have to wait until I got the order to return these. Even tho it was only a couple minutes after order processed. They said I could get a full refund. Right after receiving the pills, I sent them all back not wanting to deal with this company. I provided them with the shipping info and tracking#. Package was delivered on 5/22/20...no refund, many days of emailing and now 6/14/20 and still no refund and now no response.

I purchased said product with after almost 30 days of using not any results not a single pound lost. Also said I chose to add other supplements to my order 4 at 20 dollars per bottle... they promised a full refund even open bottles will be fully refunded. When I call the number states noone working in the office due to covid but they answered when my purchase was first completed they state to email and they will respond immediately as they work 24/7 after several sent emails not a single response on how to return products for a full refund

This is a Fraud they should be held accountable for taking our money.. This is a bunch of ***. THEY NEED to get a real JOB and stop taking people's hard earn money. I AM out over 400.00 . THEY will have to answer to higher up someday. I Pray for you all to do the right thing. STOP

Purchased advertised Keto supplements with guarantee of a complete refund if not satisfied with product, and was doubled in the amount of product ordered, and not given the discount as stated. They charged over $230 and are now not acknowledging my emails and the other website is bogus. It was a scam from the beginning. They need to be reported.

I purchased a multi-package order a couple months ago of Keto Now which has a guarantee with it. After talking with their representative, they said after 30 days if it doesn't work, return the bottles for a full refund. It is past thirty days and have tried finding their website with a contact number, used the phone number printed on my bank statement, and looked up the product/company in the Yellow Pages. I cannot connect with them using any of the above.

I ordered product online from them on 4/26. I have been trying.to get A hold of them since 5/30 for a refund. there is no phone # & all emails I have sent go unanswered.

Wish I could give NEGATIVE stars for this. I experienced nearly everything the other reviewers are stating and more:
1) Was charged FAR more than what I initially thought I was going to be purchasing (expected about $40 for one trial but was charged over $140 for add-ons)
2) Attempted to cancel order less than 24 hours after placing it (based on the bait 'n switch of the pricing) - Customer Service immediately responded saying they had already started processing my order so they couldn't cancel the order (seriously, less than a day later). Urged me to try the product and assured me I would be able to return it within 60 days if unsatisfied. When I pushed harder that it was unlikely that they were already processing the order, they upped the ante and told me that I could return the empty bottles if unsatisfied...just contact them to gain direction on how to make a return for a refund.
3) Experienced ZERO weight loss regardless of not only taking the product as directed, but also attempting to follow a keto diet
3) Made 4 attempts to get a response from Customer Service for direction on how to return the product.
This is ridiculous and a joke. Customer Service obviously only responds if they feel they can con you out of more money - not when they should actually back their product claims. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

The product has not been effective for me and I have given it about seven weeks. I am trying to return the product for a full refund (it is within 60 days). I have emailed customer service four times to try to get return instructions (none came with the product). They have not responded. I want my $149.99 ($199.99 purchase price minus $50.00 rebate) back!

trying to send back my order because they have a 60 day guarantee and I can't get ahold of anyone. they're not answering phone and the email address they gave to answer any questions is invalid. they also had a 50.00 rebate that I cannot collect.
