I ordered Keto Now and was basically forced to buy 3 other supplements to get the order I wanted. I have been taking the supplement that is suppose to help break down fat for 3 weeks and I have felted bloated and uncomfortable with the pill not to mention I have gained weight and an inch in my waist from bloating! I would like to return the products and get my guaranteed return but I can get in touch with anyone. I have been sending emails to [email protected] and [email protected] with no response from them. I have also called their *** but they don't have anyone taking live calls and direct you to email [email protected]. I would like a refund for $279.99

My wife and I purchased Keto Now pills from the company for weight loss. My wife and I have taken them as prescribed for 1 month have have not lost a single pound. According to the company we have up to 60 days for a full refund. I have tried by phone to contact them which they do not answer and when you write to the email address they give it comes back not deliverable. We want to return the items and want our full refund of $199.99 returned. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

They did the bait and switch on me too - I am furious and can't get anyone to answer.

Keto Now Real AKA as Cleanse Deep, will not refund my money or contact me back. I ordered their product and changed my mind after receiving it. I contacted them via email and after a few go arounds I got an RA # and returned the product on 5/18/2020. Their phone number is not working now and I'm not getting any response to my emails.

No way to contact them. When I first ordered, I tole them that I did not want to try the additional bottles, but they were sent anyway. Now, I want to return it all, but the contact number does not work and neither did the email address. I will deny the charges on my credit card.

Terrible product and no way to get your money back. You get the run around and they try to get you to buy something else while you’re trying to get a refund. Stay away!

What I ordered and was promoted was not the same product I received.

I ordered a trial package of Keto Now supplements. I received a whole year of materiel, and was charged $280.00 plus international fees. I just received another charge form "buyketoonline" without ordering it. The third charge was for $89.00. ow do I stop these shipments? There is no response from the company (Keto Now) in Denver Colorado.

Ordered what I thought was one bottle of pills online for $20 then charged for 7 bottles at $229.99. Website said moneyback guarantee through company and Norton and that company is Revdex.com accredited. Was told that once pills received could return for full credit for any reason. When pills were received immediately sent email to [email protected] asking for return instructions. Received email back that only said that I was within 120 day return timeframe but give pills a try. Sent back email saying don't want to try them I want my money back. Since then I have been emailing them daily for over 2 weeks and called the toll free phone number shown next to the charge on my credit card (877-708-8877) that is now a recording directing you to an email address that doesn't exist ([email protected]). I also read online that they possibly rebranded their product from Keto Now to Keto Fast.

I purchased the product mistakenly. They never mentioned pricing at all until after my account had been charged. I reached out to customer service the very next morning only to be told they couldn’t refund me until I sent the product back. I sent it back with a tracking number and all the information they requested. It has been three weeks and now I can’t even get a response from customer service. The website has been deactivated as well

I purchased (4/21/20) the product Keto Now via the internet. Immediately after making the purchase I emailed them asking that my purchase be cancelled as I did not understand the pricing and the total charges were much more than anticipated and I could not afford the item.
The product was shipped. I have not used it. I have sent multiple emails and have not heard back from anyone regarding my refund.
I contacted Compound Solutions today (they are the producer of one of the ingredients) and was informed that they have had multiple complaints regarding this product. They have attempted themselves to contact the manufacturer to no avail.
I would think this could possibly consist of mail fraud????

I ORDERED 1 BOTTLE AT 29.99 AND THEY SENT ME 6 AND CHARGED MY CARD 199.00. THERE IS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER ON THE BOTTLE AND WHEN I LOOK UP THE ADDRESS ON THE BOTTLE ITS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COMPANY. I NEED TO SEND THIS PRODUCT BACK FOR A REFUND AND I CANNOT REACH ANYONE.

Does not work as stated. Took all pills and did not lose one pound. Dont buy from them.

I was placing order online (Shark Tank) Keto Diet. I did not even complete the order when I was notified by my bank of the charges. The notation from the bank is for Fitness Today for You. This company was supposed to send me 1 bottle of Keto dietary supplement. The price was around $30-39 for one trial bottle.. Instead, I received 5 bottles of Keto BHB, 2 bottles of Turmeric Curcumin, 1 bottle of Garcinia, and 1 bottle of Green Coffee Cleanse. They deducted $199.99 plus an additional $80 from my bank account. It is impossible to find this company or phone number to talk with anyone who works there. I haven't opened any bottles. At this point I'm happy to return them all, paying the postage myself; however, I believe the company should be responsible. As a retired person, $280. is a HUGE expense I wouldn't have agreed to on my limited income! Additionally, There is no Company Name, phone# or other identifying information on the paperwork enclosed. The Revdex.com requires I give the number of stars for this product. I gave 1, but would have preferred to give zero for their poor business practices. ***. June 2, 2020

When I called them, a recording answered saying that they do not have anyone to answer the phones so they instruct you to email them. I emailed them to get return instructions and the email came back as invalid.

As I was placing my order at the end it asked me if I wanted to purchase another bottle of 4 different kinds of suppliments. They were 19.99 each so I clicked on the 1 suppliment that I wanted out of the 4 and it charged me for all 4 bottles at 19.99 each. And it didn't give me a order number or anything.
Also I called the Number that showed up on my credit card statement and it said they were not taking phone calls because of Covid 19 and they directed me to a website
www.support@care&wellness.com which I was not able to find.
I did recieve the product but I am afraid to take it, it is not approved by the FDA and who know what is in it and where it is really from.
My Credit card company is going to dispute the purchase for me.

ordered Keto Now Diet started pill, was supposed to be$70.00 order, ended up with a charge of almost $200.00. Have searched everywhere for a customer contact number, email won't respond. Companyappears to intentionally make extremely difficult to be contacted. No phone numbers, etc., another company almost same name, in recording state they are not Keto Now, and try to explain they are over whelmed with callers trying to contact Keto Now. Thinking diet pill company is very questionable.
