This company was supposed to send me 1 bottle of Keto Now - The price was around $30 for one trial bottle.. Instead, I received 6 bottles of Keto Now and 2 bottles of Turmeric Curcumin . They deducted $199 from my bank account. It is impossible to find this company or talk with anyone who works there.
I haven't opened any bottles. At this point I'm happy to return them all, paying the postage myself. As a retired person, $199 is a very large expense I wouldn't have agreed to on my limited income!
The Revdex.com requires I give the number of stars for this product. I gave 1, but would have preferred to give zero for their poor business practices.

I received an offer by email for Keto-Now diet pills use and by ***. I was offered a free trial offer for 4.95. It asked how many pounds that I wanted to lose and I entered 20 pounds. It changed screens and I didn't realized that when I clicked on #1 for one sample and completed my order, it was at that time that the total was $199.99. I immediately called the number, I got someone in customer service who gave me a number to call back when I received the product and they will give me a return code. That number no longer worked there after. I'm stuck with 5 bottles of diet pills, 2 bottles of Turmeric Curcumin, 1 bottle of Green Coffee Cleanse, and 1 bottle of Garcinia. Cannot reach anyone so I can return these unopened items. I am 72 years of age and thought I was ordering 1 bottle nine 9 bottles.
An order was placed with KETO NOW it was delivered and I now wish to return the items. I called the company (an international number - 1-877-258-0636)before I received the item and I was told to call back when the item is delivered and they will explain the refund process. I was told the have a 100% money back guarantee. I called back and was directed to an email for correspondence ([email protected]). I emailed twice and both were kicked back - no domain. I researched the email and it states domain for sale. I want to return the items and get my money back.
I spoke to a representative on 4/28 and was told to wait until I got the 1st order and call 855-810-8652 and they would refund this order as well as the 1st order. I paid $279.99 and would like my money back. I called the phone # and got a recording that said to e-mail [email protected] and my e-mail was rejected. I don’t know where to go from here
I originally clicked on buy 2 get one free at $39.95. Next thing I know they've charged me for 5 bottles totaling $199.99. I would NEVER pay this price, nor order that many of something I just wanted to try. I informed them they made an error and they said it was too late it was already being processed so I told them when I got them I was sending them back for a refund. Little did I know there was NO PACKING SLIP nor ANY paper in with them to inform me about returns or refunds and when I e-mail them at "[email protected]" I get a "mail delivery failure" notification. I am a senior and cannot AFFORD to lose $200 on a product I just wanted to try. Is there ANYTHING you can do to help me get my money back??? This is a lousy company and nothing but a SCAM yo get people money!!!! Thank you for your time!!!

This company is falsely advertising their product to lure customers to buy. They claimed that the professional singer *** used their product but after more research it was a lie. Once in their website it wouldn't let you out until you purchased another cleansing product of theirs. They only answer their phone number sometimes and I have emailed their support more than 6 times from the day I made the order to cancel and not ship but they kept sending me more advertisements trying to change my mind and waited weeks and still shipped it. I want my return shipping refunded. I was promised on the phone by 2 of their reps that I would get a return label but it never came. Finally I shipped back this morning. I expect a full refund on my shipping cost and on the product I sent back
