I only ordered 1 bottle and received $279.00 worth. They sent me a RAM# to return it. I returned it and now they will not even answer any time I email them. I have proof that they received the return and a letter saying that as soon as received a refund would be issued. Months later, still nothing.

I ordered KetoNow pills. The package arrived with no return or company information on the invoice or no information should I need to return the product. I need to return the un-used bottles. I emailed the company provided on the customer service number and ; but the email gets bounced back and undeliverable. This company is impossible to get a hold of.
I think they do this to avoid making good on their promises.

Scam artists-where is some help. I to was scammed for the extra products that I did not want. They said when I received them to email them and they would advise how to return. Well I have emailed 4 times with no reply. Scammed me out of $80.00 and I want my $ back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM_RIP OFFS

I placed an order with them on Fri, April 24 for what I thought was going to be $69.99 total cost. Right after order was placed I checked my bank and they had withdrawn $232.79 so I immediately emailed them and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. This was done within 10 minutes of placing the order. They replied to my email saying it was too late to cancel that my order had already gone to fulfillment. They said my only option was to wait and receive the product then process a return. I received the package on May 15 and wrote on package to Return to sender, refused as directed by the mail carrier. Package started the process of return on May 16. It was shown to be returned on May 21 but not confirmed until May 29. I had emailed them again and they did reply saying once they received my package and verified it was my return, they would process refund. Now they won't email me back at all. I have emailed them probably 15 times and haven't gotten any reply in weeks. I filed a dispute with my bank to try and get the money back but so far that is just in process.

Looks like others have same complaint. These pills do nothing for weight loss and Are sold with a money-back guarantee. I tried product and returned it four weeks ago, have sent emails requesting a refund of $300 plus dollars. To date have had NO reply or refund. Can’t Revdex.com stop this company from doing business?

This is a SCAM, their ad is misleading. I thought I was getting a "FREE" trial for shipping only and ended up being charged over a $100 and I was advised it is an ongoing subscription. I called the 800#, I got NOWHERE, she was rude and refused 3x to let me speak to a supervisor. I have sent numerous emails - with no response. DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered product from a very misleading advertisement. They never told me the total until I clicked next which submitted the sale. I called immediately after to cancel after seeing they were charging me $199 plus $80 instead of 39.97. They told me I could return after I got it. Waited forever to get it, then once I got it I returned it. Did all the tracking stuff they told me to, and have yet to receive a refund or a response back. Now they have my product and my money.

I was over charged for the products they advertised by over $200. I immediately contacted the company and told them I wanted to cancel and get my money back. They told me it was too late but I could return it for a full refund. I got the product took it right back to the post office with the company provided RMA and sent them the tracking number per their request. It was returned to them two days later. They refuse to answer my emails and still are not refunding my money.

One star is to high of a rating. Keto now is a joke for a company.

I was charged more than I expected. Charged for other supplements I didn't order. Spoke to someone initially and she said after I received my order I could contact them for return instructions. No one to speak to. Don't respond to emails. What a fraud!

I purchased Keto Now pills in May I received them on May 21st 2020 the company has a 60 days guaranteed the pills are not working for me. I contacted them (3) separate e-mails with zero response. I want a full refund for my purchased.

I ordered a bottle of Keto Now diet pills on 04/27/2020, I was billed for five bottles, for a total of #199.99. I received and RMA number and returned the product on 05/16/2020. I have sent several emails requesting a refund, to this date I have not heard back from them. There is no phone number at which to contact them

Over charged for promotional order and refusal to cancel order on same day as ordered. Also refusing to sent a Return Authorization number to me to return the products. Filed dispute with CapitalOne and sent all correspondence between customer service and myself to get the charges refunded. They have a telephone # but refuse to answer it with a customer representative due to distancing ruling of Corona virus. Only sent e mail and get sporadic replies. This has been ongoing since April 18th when the order was placed and cancelled..

I ordered this product On 4/20 based on their online advertising, which was confusing, as I realized the next day when I was charged $199.99, not the $88.80 that was advertised ($29.60 x 3, includes 2 free bottles). I tried to cancel the order the following day when I saw the huge charge on my VISA card, but was told it had already processed, and if I was not satisfied after I received the product, I had 120 days to return any unused product, for a full refund. On 6/19 and 6/20 I sent them an email asking their address so I could return the unused product for a refund, with no response. It was only after I researched the company online that I found the Denver address. The product packaging and package sent to me included NO address or phone number. I am asking for a full refund please.

I purchased these supplements through an advertisement showing a celebrity using them which was false. It took weeks to receive product and came with no information. I contacted their customer service requesting a website with info on product and/or a booklet of some sort. They responded with “give supplements time to work” and sent no info. I decided to return product and they said to wait. I wrote multiple emails requesting a return address and received no response. I lastly wrote I was not comfortable taking supplements with no info and terrible customer service and would contact the Revdex.com if they did not respond, and still nothing. I trusted this company and was cheated.
