Hi, I would just like to say that Key Tax Group, has been very professional and helpful to me regarding my entire IRS ordealEveryone who's played a part in my productive, experience, starting from the Receptionist, to [redacted] CFO, I thank you, for your earnest, and fervent, help to a much needed resolution Ps, I will be recommending anyone who is looking to get on the opposite side of tax debt to Key Tax Group And another thing, Im glad I had been listening to [redacted] on ol'skool radio or else I might have never heard of Optima Tax Relief! I hired Key Tax Group on December 12, I was notified by the IRS that I was being audited for earned income credit for my three childrenMy ex husband was trying to claim then when he wasn't supposed to claim themI even submitted documents to prove that I was supposed to claim my children and the IRS denied my earned income creditI was referred to Key Tax Group by a co worker who hired them to help him with a wage garnishmentI was just notified yesterday by the IRS that my earned income credit has been corrected and there is no tax liabilityThank you Key Tax Group!

I hired key tax Group around the second week of August I am a long haul trucker and had my bank account levied due to an unpaid tax debt I hadI tried to make payment arrangements with the IRS because I didnt have the $26,they said I owed but they would not work with meThe IRS wanted me to pay $2,per month!!!! Who can afford that? I have a wife and three small children at home and I told them I couldn't pay thatThey didnt careI ended up hanging up on them and two weeks later they hit my bank accountI went online and called Key Tax GroupNot only were thier fess affordable but they were able to get my bank levy released AND in a payment plan with the IRS that I could afford! Key Tax did an awesome job! Thanks you Key Tax Group!

I engaged this firm to resolve past issues with the IRS I paid $ upfront After speaking with their representative , he assured me everything had been resolved Actually, NOTHING had been done After receiving notice from the IRS , I got *** *** involvedIt proved even more worthless She stopped taking phone calls and never returned emails I failed a complaint with the Florida State Bar Assoc Then she took notice She sent an email saying that all issues had been resolved , but obviously not since the IRS sent notice again today DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

I recently hired KeyTax Group to help with a New York State sales tax issue and they were able to successfully help clarify my issue Their follwas excellent
Though when I called I dealt with many different people on the phone, they were all very courteous, and if an answer was not given to me at that time, I always got a prompt callback with a reply from the designated case manager - either on the same or next day I found KeyTax on the internet and if needed, would definitely use KeyTax again!

They are crooks,they make you think they are going to get right on your tax problem and then won't return emails or calls untill it's time to collect more money then the phone rings off the hook and the emails come.They got me for up front said my case was an EMERGENCY CASE,I thaught they would get right on it here I am a month and a half later and nothing.These crooks were refered to me by optima tax might want to stay clear of them too

OMG Amazing work! *** is wonderfulHer and *** *** helped me get into a resolution so I can close on a house I was trying to buyI had days to get my tax debt taken care of or I wasnt going to be able to close and risk losing the houseKey Tax Group worked with my lender and was able to get me a payment plan and me and my family are now home owners! I LOVE KEY TAX GROUP!!!

We have contacted the cleint and resolved his issues and are keeping constant communication with him

We spoke with the client and agreed to do his returns although we weren't contracted to so but the client was very happy

Mr *** *alled into to our company and stated that he had a tax debt due to unpaid 940/Payroll taxes in Sept He explained that the debt was old and that he had originally established an installment agreement for $but had since paid off the balance in particular the principleHe
had inquired to a penalty abatement petition and we had explained that the IRS considers penalty abatement if the client meets qualifying criteria such as Death, Divorce, Natural disasters which would have prohibited the client from being able to address their tax liabilityThe client stated that his father Wesley Stambach had passed away on 03/16/in addition to a massive drop in revenues due to the recessionThe client provided a very well written explanation and those two mitigating facts were the reasons he was unable to address his tax issueWe explained that from what he stated it appeared he met two of the qualification but we were explicit that we cannot guarantee the IRS would accept itThe client wanted to proceed with the attempt anywaysWe submitted the penalty abatement petition in Oct and finally received a response declining the petition in Feb They initially denied the penalty abatement which is standard protocol so we filed an appeal which we are still waiting for the responseAlthough we were only contracted for a penalty abatement Kelly Gibson reached out to the client and offered to establish an installment agreement as a courtesy to mitigate any further collection effortsKelly Gibson emailed the client several times in regards to the alternative offer with no responseWe will reach out to the client and explain the strategy so he is kept up to date on the process as this is a very much active caseUnfortunately Penalty abatements take a long time due to the department size at the IRS who oversees them if you h`ave any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly at ###-###-####
